Very helpful staff, affordable & have pretty much everything you need in reguards to your four legged loved ones

I've gone here for years and have received bad advice and poor professional recommendations for our pets. Several times I have gone here for one of my pets and they keep asking if when I'm going to bring in one of my other pets except they had passed several years ago. Really?

Worst place to take your pet! I could go into so many details. But I would not tell my worse enemy take take their pets to Banfield. I will never walk foot inside this place again. For ANY reason!

I have been bringing my dog's here for years and the always take good care of them. Just brought our new puppy in for his first exam and the took very good care of him, up-to-date shot's, full exam and recommendations for his next exam.

We started bringing our pets here about a year ago. I've never had a problem with service or the personnel. Everyone is friendly. They stay very busy but somehow do a pretty darn good job of keeping up with their customers. Our new kitten had no complaints. His first check up he was in and out in an hour.

Honestly the vet care is OK I have really no complaints in regards to my pets been taking care of the biggest issue at this location is the customer service. I’m not sure why it’s so hard for this location to be friendly and make the pet owners feel welcomed. They either need to train people to be more compassionate more empathetic I’ve just been nicer and I’ve had nothing but issues at this location with their front staff the people who call for appointment reminders whoever answers the phone like three times out of five it’s just poor customer service which sucks because the vet it’s pretty good and the technicians are ok as well. I’ve already spoken to management who has stated that this will changed but it hasn’t. I have been going to Banfield for 6 years and the customer service has gotten worse and worse. To the point that honestly we dread making an appointment there I’d rather go to the far hills location which is out of our way. Hopefully the customer service goes up in this place because I would hate to leave Banfield.

I like Banfield Pet Hospital. Our puppy is 11months old and started his healthcare plan there at 2 months old.

They're great! We've been taking our dogs there for years and they are always easy to work with and really care about our dogs.

Took good care of my pet. When he hurt his back. They are very nice people that work there.

We have been taking our fur-babies to Banfield for over 5 years now. The service is amazing! Their wellness plans are a God send, and make great quality medical care easy and affordable. If it wasn't for them we wouldn't have been able to rescue our 3 pets Gracie, Stanlee, and Olive. We get an amazing discount also at the Care Center which we have had to utilize on several occasions and are so so thankful for the top notch affordable medical care our pets have received. It is so comforting to know that we don't have to worry about our pets medical care. We know, and trust that Banfield will take great care of them, as always.

My dog hates when I bring her here but she's always happy to see me when I pick her up. The staff is wonderful. I recommend this place!

I'm actually leaving this review as a person who has been seeking employment with this company. This particular location has had multiple ads that are kept up indicating that they are hiring on Indeed. When you apply, the ad takes you to their website where you have to fill out an app. However they do not respond, when you call to follow up, the doctor is ALWAYS out. The ad is removed then posted again later on and when you apply AGAIN, its the same thing over and over. Eventually you just give up and seek employment elsewhere. Pretty poor employment opportunities with banfield. Even being approached at vet conferences to apply and join their team and even telling them about this and a rep giving you their "personal" contact to avoid all the hassle and guess what. They don't respond to text, email or calls. I'm more than qualified for a position here and its right down the road from my house. Much better than driving an hour to my current vet job. This needs to be taken care of. Idk how they manage to bring anyone into their team with little to no contact. Even when you go in person, they say they are hiring and in dire need but still don't fill the job and don't contact. Its ridiculous.

I tried! I really tried to give them a chance because they have taken such good care of our animals in the past. I have been going here (Beavercreek office) with all three of my pets (2 dogs and 1 cat) for several years, but the service has progressively gotten worse at this facility. Today was the last straw! I get a reminder call YESTERDAY about my pets drop off appt, I show up at 815 this morning to be told I missed the appt YESTERDAY! How did I miss an appt that you call me to remind me about on the day you say it was schedule! The receptionist and front desk staff are incredible rude and almost near impossible to work with. I love Dr Winters and Dr Rentz but thanks to the rest of your staff I will not be back! Don’t waste your time, payment plan is worthless and cost you more in the end. You can’t cancel, you will be charged every month no matter what or you will told you can pay the remaining balance of your contract. Not a vet, just sleazy salesman in my opinion.
