I really like bringing my cat here. The vet's and vet techs that take care of her are amazing. They treat Lyla with respect and she is loved. The only issue I have is the prescription wet food. Most of the time it's out of stock. This is super irritating to me! I don't understand why it's the only store near me that carries this food? !? I've tried ordering it through PetSmart.it has now been 3 days and my order has not been processed. I'm so over this. If they keep running out.brilliant idea? !? Order more. I'm upset with PetSmart at the moment!

This location does not have the phones turned on during busses hours. It goes straight to voice-mail.

Too busy. "Maybe we can get your pet in for a consultation by early next year. " No. Absolutely not waiting that long. Either hire more staff or stop advertising.

The Parma Banfield team has taken AMAZING care of all of my animals. Most recently I took my dog in for a recheck on a growth and the night before he was chewing a bone and a fragment got lodged in the roof of his mouth. They could have sent me to an emergency vet and told me they didn't have time to treat him, but they took him back and got the bone fragment removed that day. He even needed sedated. My German Shepherd loves the staff there and my other pets are greeted with excitement every time. They are very busy and short staffed, so yes it is hard to get an appointment, and yes, sometimes they can't get to the phone. But I've been put on a waitlist and gotten in earlier so many times. I was worried once about my diabetic cat loosing too much weight and they were amazing about getting him seen as soon as possible. They call me back whenever I leave a message. The vet has even called me back personally for questions before and spent over 15 minutes on the phone with me, despite being super busy. I think the staff is amazing and they provide very thorough care for all of my pets.

Great till the time you have an appointment. Walk-in hard to get any assistance. Don’t depend on them for any emergency assistance.

They are friendly and do a great job with my pets. They kept me well informed on the day my dog had surgery and kept up on him after he was home to make sure he was doing well and was resting comfortably.

Horrible Company - Do Not waste your time.
I signed up for their optimum wellness plan hoping to save myself some money on pet care and all I ended up with was monthly fees and no services rendered. Every time I tried to make an appointment it was some excuse - our system overbooked and we need to cancel, your appointment isn't showing up in our system, you're appointment was for 30 minutes earlier you've missed it (No it wasn't but my poor boyfriend didn't know this so my cat had to endure a horrible car ride for nothing yet again). I did not get him seen for a single appointment in the time I paid their monthly fee.

Been taking my baby boy here since he was a pup. He is 12 years old now and we still ho to banfield. Get the wellness plan it will save you tons.

Love these guys here. All the groomers are wonderful. I have nothing bad to say about anyone here.

The staff was very nice and we didn't have to wait a long time for my dog to be seen by the vet - 1st review

2nd review- I have tried numerous times to schedule an appointment with Banfield, the receptionist picks up the phone then hangs up. I called back numerous times, same thing

Love the monthly plan, if our dog needs vaccines or a vet visit it's already taken care of no crazy expensive vet bill to worry about.

Racial bias towards me was extended to my dog. Which delayed immediate medical treatment for my dog, I had to travel 14 miles to another location. When I reported the issue to corporate I was completely ignored by the manager at this location which lead to me canceling the wellness plan entirely. No compassion and zero accountability!

I tried to call because I had an appointment for my cat today and I accidentally slept in. They just kept hanging up on me and once they finally answered I was on hold for ten minutes and still no answer.

Drove an hour to get there, got stuck in an accident and tried to call several times just to repeatedly get hung up on. I was 14mins late and extremely apologetic and yet o received no apologies just flat out told sorry we can’t assist you or your puppy because we have another appoint in 10mins. It was the end of the day, and God forbid you make an exception and push your last appointment back 5 mins or have us wait and see us after your last appointment, but nope instead the vet had her admin turn us away. Awesome customer service NOT!

I hate leaving bad reviews but the fact that good ol quality customer service has gone down hill is truly sad.

Usually a reptile visit.today with the doggo. Amazing staff. Very knowledgeable and great bed side manner.

I don't like the fact that they take your pet to another room to treat them
My Chi, after a visit, had trouble walking. I took him back to state my case. I had to pay for another visit, and after checking my pet in front of me this time, they prescribed pain meds.

Such caring and giving doctors, the vet tech was very good at her job, saved $700 on a surgery because of the plan best thing you guys could ever came up with thank you very much

I feel like they are out to make money. They did not even look at my pet and wanted to all kind of tests. Why to expensive.
