Dr. Johnson and the vet techs (receptionists) are amazing. They said Mr. Kitty was amazing during his whole visit. Offered me a topical cream for Mr. Kitty to prevent potential parasites. Answered all of my questions and even explained to me why flea collars are dangerous for kittens. So glad to have been informed on the pricing and been able to snag a last minute appointment! Amazing staff who genuinely care!

Congrats on being my first bad review!
This place will CALL YOU and cancel a half hour before your appointment because the doctor had emergency surgery (Monday). They rescheduled for today (Wednesday). I called to tell them I would be running 3 minutes at most behind and they told me to hold. By the time someone finally got back on the phone Im standing inside PetSmart with my dogs only to finally tell me that I must reschedule.thankfully the internet gives us the opportunity to tell our side of the story. Banfield seems to be a good pet care program but If I were you I would definitely pick a different location. Thank you NO thank you.

Dr. Strauss is amazing and so patient. She looked at both of our rambunctious girls, and it is very apparent she LOVES animals. Can't get better than her.

Very clean facility and helpful staff. They weren't rushed during my appointment but rather took time to explain everything going on and my different options. Will be using them from now on!

Very terrible my dog has been limping I take her in to be seen, the receptionist ask for my info says nothing about payment or insurance I get called back instantly, they look at her paw she starts squealing then they step back in and says she needs a X-ray and proceed to say I owe 300 dollars and they’ll refer her to a doctor so i say never mind I don’t have that and she says it’s 50 for the visit I literally was in there for 10 minutes tops and nothing was done for her I tried calling to get corporate number and Lisa at the front desk just argued with me and avoided my question

Very unprofessional. Brought a dog here that had been dropped off. It had a microchip. They talked a good game but did not follow through. I called to ask about progress finding owner so I would know whether to bring the dog in for checkup. I guess they did not want my business. They wouldn't even give the microchip number when I called so I could transfer the dog to us. I called back three times and was told Lisa would get back with me. It never happened. X- (Glad of it bc she received wonderful care at The Delhi Veterinary Clinic.

If you want a #veterinarian who cares for your pets, then don't go to Banfield Pet Hospital. #Banfield gave my cat a clean bill of health in spite of me insisting that he had rapidly lost weight and was suffering. The vet, Dr. Johnson, argued with me every time I tried to tell her it wasn't just the cat food that he was eating. The poor thing died, suffering greatly, a few weeks after the visit. He was finally tested post-mortem by #Banfield, and only then did they conclude that something was wrong with him. You ought to be ashamed of yourself, Dr. Johnson - he suffered horribly and needlessly because of you.

Took my cat here thinking I was going to have to put my pet down and they we're so friendly and helpful to my pet he's all well now. Will definitely be back for regular pet care.

Wanted to sign me up for a "subscription" to vet care for my animals, more or less. They wanted around $800 (in 12 easy payments plus $150 upfront!) to spay my cat plus pay for a years worth of vaccinations and vet visits.

Took my cat to United Coalition for Animals (UCAN). Got her spayed and vaccinated for around $50.

Never going near a Banfield with one of my pets ever again.

My dog died months ago and I am still paying and can't cancel my plan. Worst customer service department ever.

I have been going to the Western Hills location for years! I absolutly love Dr. Johnson, I believe she truly cares about my dogs. She takes time to explain the test results and answers any questions I might have.
