This was my first experience with Bangs. I should have gone to my stylist in Solon, I was lazy and didn't want to drive to Solon. My daughter-n-Love and my sister get their hair styled with different stylist. They told me they spend no more than $65.with a tip. Edith was my stylist. My appointment was at 2pm. I have fine naturally curly hair. I received a cut, wash and conditioner (I thought the wash was part of the experience, it was not $50.for a wash) the total cost not including a tip was $118. No perm just a wash, conditioner and mouse of which she could have kept. My stylist only charges me no more than $35. -$50.with a tip. Never again. 1st two pics after I got home and saw what was done. Last two after "I" washed and styled with my naturally hair. My hair isn't evenly cut one side burn is much larger on the left than the right. Thank GOD my hair grows fast. I am not a happy camper. Never again.

Angie has does wonders with my hair! I am embracing my gray and she has made it is easy to love the color and the style. My hair is natural and it has grown a lot since I started going. I get my hair silk pressed.

I attempted to book a makeup appointment with a popular MUA. I had a wedding to attend and I wanted to look nice. I placed my booking a month in advance knowing that this time is a busy season with Proms and Graduations. I received an email May 3rd stating “We are reviewing your appointment request. Please look for a follow-up message soon. Thank you. ” Never received a follow up message at all. Not an acceptance or a denial. I felt this was extremely unprofessional and I will not be recommending her or this salon again

Keeana is so welcoming and really is great at what she does. I'm natural; so this is a color trim and silk press.

Best Hair Salon in Northeast Ohio! I love my Stylist Tracy Foster! Always pleasant and professional and she knows how to best service all types of hair needs!

Sonya gave me one of the best salon experiences I've ever had.
I was in the chair on time, hair cut and shampooed, educated on what products to use on my hair and out of the door within an hour!
The drive was definitely worth the care I recieved.

I had a shampoo/conditioner and cut. Edith charged me 100.00. My appointment was at 5: 30pm. I had to wait almost 3hrs. Edith never styled my hair like she do her other customers. Edith used mousse in my hair. When I got home to pick my hair it was dry and gluey. I had no curls. My hair looked like a nappy Afro.

I called today and I was able to speak with the owner Edith, who was more than willing to answer all my questions and I was able to get scheduled the same day. She was quick, and very efficient with my cut and style. I love my hair and I will definitely be going back!

Awesome salon, clean, covid protection in place. All the stylists are fantastic, especially Tracey, Edith, Jazz, and all the other ladies there. You won't be disappointed?

Angela Weaver is my stylist and she is Amazing. The atmosphere of the shop is relaxing and clean. Everyone is friendly.

Family member paid $65 for a press, hair was frizzy after the service was done, ends werent trim. No deep conditioner & owner didnt see an issue with the stylist doing a bum job. No one has money to be throwing away. Ill support black business if they right.

I have been going there since October. Beautiful salon, the stylist work together and all speak. Appointment times are great! Very efficient, my stylist Sonya specializes in natural hair. They have someone for everyone! Even makeup and nails.

After speaking with the owner was told to call and make an appointment. I called and was scheduled to meet with J. The day of my appointment I called to confirm my appointment in the morning and 45 minutes prior to my appointment at 2 pm she returned my call and stated that she could not see me and asked if i would like to reschedule. Rescheduled for two days later at the same time which was in the afternoon and the morning of she called to confirm a morning appointment. I explained that i could only take an afternoon appointment as we had discussed in our previous conversation. So needless to say I felt like I was given the run around vecause she did not want to do my hair or was failing to take new clients. I would think that appointments are managed a little better than what I experienced.

Found the salon in IG. Called in the morning and was able to get i. Same day. Great service and nice experience. Will be back

My daughter and I had been searching for a good natural stylist, and someone recommended Sonya at Bangs! I checked out her Instagram page and immediately booked for my daughter and I. The salon is beautiful and inviting, we’ve been twice so far! Sonya is well experienced, professional, sanitary, and she has such great engagement lol because nothings worse than a stylist that doesn’t engage with their clients!

I contacted Sonya a few weeks before the wedding that I was in on 6/20/2020. My friend was getting married and didn't know any reputable salons in Cleveland. Let me just say, Sonya saved the day. She got a few stylist together and they really took great care of my friend and the bridal party.

I got my hair done by Angela. She was on time, professional, personable, funny and pleasant. She did a wonderful job with my hair. She took her time and told me to lay back and relax. It was only my second time at a salon where I could put my feet up so that was a plus.

I got my makeup done by KB. She was efficient, friendly, and she did an excellent job on my makeup. All of the stylist/staff involved with the bridal party that day made each one of us feel like we were the only people there. We had a wonderful experience. I observed the staff having alot of enthusiasm. The staff really appeared to be happy to be at work loving what they do. I also observed a lot of teamwork. One team player that stood out to me was Quiana (spellck lol). Needless to say, I was impressed with the staff. It's one thing to like post and follow people on social media and it's a whole other thing to actually meet these lovely ladies in person.

As a Nurse Supervisor for Cuyahoga County participating in COVID-19 screenings, I have to say, the staff did an amazing job! The screenings were conducted properly at the entrance, social distancing was practiced and the staff did not deviate from the policy they had in place. I felt safe and I felt like the staff cared enough to ensure everyone's safety.

Edith, you are doing an amazing job. I was very comfortable at Bangs. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone. Sonya, thank you so much for orchestrating this entire event. We were all so pleased. You have always been so kind and I appreciate you. Thanks again to the wonderful team at Bangs Salon.
