Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM), Cleveland OH

Bank of America reports $40,000,000,000 in Unrealized Losses as banks teeter on the brink in the worst financial market in decades. I cannot recommend BoA because of antiquated website, the worst phone support in the industry and general bad customer service.

I admit its still a bit weird not seeing a teller line; however, each time I've been here I've been helped expeditiously and professionally. The guys are awesome.

The absolute worst bank. It started with money being taken out of my account even with a stop payment placed on the recipient so I closed my account they took over a month to close my account when they said it should take 3-5 business days. I called customer service to reopen the account so I could go withdraw the rest of my money and the rep told me it would take 2 business days for the account to reopen. The very next day I got an email saying my account had been closed. So I called customer service back and they reopened the account the same exact day but they claimed to had already sent a check out in the mail the day before when I called to reopen the account. Fast forward the account is reopen new debit card and just deposited a check and transferred some money in to the account but when I went to the atm it kept saying that my pin was incorrect which makes absolutely no sense when my pin is the same for all my cards. So I called customer service again and they said basically there’s nothing they can do. They can mail me my pin in the mail or I can go to an institution to have them change it for me. The only branch near by is this one and there’s only ever one teller working and 3 tellers standing around directing people to the 1 teller working. Worst bank in America!

W I went to cash a retirement check on a Saturday it was issued by Bank of America from the retirement company Bank of America refused to cash the check explaining that they cannot validate or verify As large as the financial institution is they cannot verify their own checks truly frighten me to continue to exchange finances with them
