Bar Louie - Westlake

I actually tried to go to Bar Louie for lunch with co-workers. Walked up to the door and discovered that they are no longer open for lunch during the week. Very disappointing. 1 star.

Remy took amazing car of me and my mom! They were pretty busy but he made sure to take care of us quickly and was incredibly sweet! Noah also made us some great drinks. Overall a great experience!

Mat was my waiter and went above and beyond for me. I had a lovely experience and will be coming back every Tuesday!

Matt was an absolute god of a waiter. Kind, funny, and had excellent recommendations. Food, drinks, and service were all off the charts! Will definitely be back!

I was here with my family, I am not from Ohio so I was here on vacation. When we got there, it took a while to get our drinks but no big deal, then we got our appetizers. We sat for over an hour waiting on our main course (2 orders of sliders & tots and a salad.) My cousin finally spoke up and asked our waitress about our food, our waitress explained in a defensive manner there was only one guy in the back cooking, which is understandable since no one wants to work anymore. However, we explained to her we wish we would've been warned as we came in and sat down, as I was leaving to drive a 5 hour trip back after this and our waitress had a very "oh well" attitude and said everyone showed up at once, which was a lie because those people had been there since we entered the building. Then, after the fact as we asked for refills (we had already had multiple) she explains that our refulls arent free, which should've been told before the first one. Only giving 2 stars because the food was decent. Will not be back.

The "Co-Owner" and a customer we're almost in a fight! I don't care if you are a co owner you need to either respect your customers or leave the bar and not be drunk at the bar.
