Had our dog put to sleep today. Was a very traumatic for us. The staff was unbelievable with their understanding and concern. It was like it was their dog. They were in no hurry to get us in and out. Gave us much needed time to spend our last minutes with our baby. Knew exactly what to say and just sat there with us. Thank you for making this so much easier to handle

Friendly, helpful, caring, and knowledgeable. Two of our cats are patients here and we drive a half hour to take them there. Totally worth it.

Made a false accusation about some inappropriate comments made by my step father while I, the main owner of my cat, was not present at the time. Refused not only to see my cat again (even without the man) but also refused to explain what the comment was and lied about sending a letter regarding dismissal for over two months (note the time of this incident took place on September 30th 2022). I requested it once again and they have YET to send this letter of dismissal as of today Dec 5th.

Not to mention the first time we went to their clinic, the doctor was over 45 minutes late to OUR OWN appointment because she was having an idle unprofessional conversation with the patients before us that we could clearly hear from the examination room.

Unprofessional and unreasonable people.

EDIT: it seems I have gotten word back from the doctor herself. I just wanted to say thank you for reaching out in the first place and taking the time to respond.

I do not condone the possible alleged words or actions of a family member who forced himself to go without MY knowledge, I assumed my mother, who is a woman of color, would be the only one to take him. I have only called assuming everything was okay but I wanted to know what the comments where specifically as this is NOT the first time.

I apologize but I bring this review up as someone who does NOT share the same political views and feeling as if the office was directly punishing my mother, again a woc, and me, a woman of mixed race who is also part of the lgbt community, because of a man I do not agree and have to deal with forcefully. I feel judged as someone who has witnessed family hit with racist remarks.

I requested the letter from your office and they told me over the phone that it would be sent. Nothing was sent which is why I ask again and why I feel that this was unfair in the first place. They mentioned they sent the letter and I have yet to receive it, so something is not following through in your office

As for the 45 minutes late while I do agree creating a relationships with the client is valid, this was not the case for myself as you didn't waste your time to talk or converse with us. Above that, my TIME is sensitive and I had to head to work before this appointment. I couldn't reschedule as I paid a deductible already. So if you're telling me that I HAVE to wait almost an HOUR to have you loudly talk then this is where I disagree and where I believe what you are doing is unethical from your end.

Thank you for sending the letter explaining the alleged inappropriate comments according to your staff, hearsay.

My husband is a honorable man, disabled 100% USAF veteran, who has several health issues, not to be disclosed.

However, I requested to have the courtesy to return at least 50% of the money we paid for simply popping a pimple twice to my daughters cat.

Quite frankly I wasn’t happy with your services. I just went along with my daughters wishes.

When a doctor decides to no longer see a patient, usually they take highly road and send a letter on TIMELY matter so the patient is not caught out off guard. It was very unexpected and disrespectful to my daughter and her cat.

On top of that, you claimed on the that we did not follow instructions when WE DID and told you, we tried to call again because it came back to make another appointment. That was when we found out that we were no longer welcomed in your office. Yet you told my daughter that you want to “create relationships with your patients. ” It seems like you want to create that with my WALLET. My daughter didn’t need to make a prepayment, wait an hour of her time, missing work, for this.

The vet was very thorough. They were friendly, polite, and didn't try to push unnecessary tests/procedures like some other vet places do.

Super friendly staff that was quick to answer my concerns and get my Fur baby an appointment. They were very informative and pleasant. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good Veterinarian with a welcoming environment for their cats and dogs.

Highly recommend. The staff is caring and knowledgeable, Dr. O’Donnell is very good at what she does and is clearly in the field because of a passion for animals. She gives honest opinions about issues your pet may have and procedures she would or would not recommend when making you aware of options. She was recommended to me by a friend and I’m so glad we began taking our pets to her.
