Barley House, Cleveland OH

Amazing service and food. The staff are really professional but fun at the same time. Went a couple months back while I was visiting friends and the next time I make it back, you can believe I'll be there!

Stopped in for my bros bday- this girl Olivia made our night so awesome - best drinks in Cleveland for sure- see you guys for the bachelor party! She needs to be a flare tender- that smile!

I was here for lunch twice. Ordered off the menu once and then had the soup and salad bar the next time. You can fill up in the soup and salad bar. Food is great and prices are fair. You can see that at night, it's more of a party place. Definitely a theme with the servers attire, that theme is young and sexy.

Listen to the 1 star reviews. Garbage bar. Always tried to give this place a chance but it never fails to disappoint. Can barely move in the bar, and once you finally get to ordering your drinks, expect a long wait. People in there are idiots spilling their beers/drinks in the crowd. Just go elsewhere to enjoy a drink. Also my friend got denied entrance because his gray shorts “looked” like “swim trunks”. Your bouncer is a moron

Went to barley house walked into the bar with a friend and not a single person acknowledged our presence. Eventually, walked to the end of the bar where three employees where texting. They looked up then just kept texting. We then continued to the outside patio right outside main bar, sat for 5 mins. Again, not a single person acknowledged we where there. We then left.
Service is almost always terrible.

They make a delicious black bean veggie burger however when I ordered it the second time around i was given old hard waffle fries and the pretzel bun that the veggie burger comes on was hard. Disappointed in freshness of the food

If you like waiting 20+ minutes for a drink, packed like sardine, and treading through a quarter inch deep of piss puddles on the bathroom floor, this place is for you.

This place is the most racist place i have ever been black people please do not patronize this place they play black music but when you get in you realize quickly, This place is not for black people, the door the security the bartenders all have nasty dispositions they look at you with hate and discrimination and i will never go here again.

Much different than the barley house in Akron. It leans more towards a club. I had fun. Won't go there again.

Reply to owner (who had a very surprisingly fast reply) : It's just not my speed. I would recommend to go once for sure. The bottle service and DJs were really quite fun, but I'm more into video games.

Would have said it was good but the way you treat customers is disgusting. Lying when they're trying to speak out and then trying to sue them.

Horrible experience, staff is so rude and unprofessional, was treated unfairly and never got served when I paid. They really need to fix up their staff and management is so awful there. This place is an unorganized and unprofessional bar.
