Barnes & Noble, Woodmere OH

Nice store, I didn’t catch the name of the blonde middle aged woman worker that was extremely rude though. She was more focused on a phone call than me politely returning a workers electronic device left on a shelf. As I stated “excuse me” she rudely pointed her finger for me to hold and gave a nasty look as she rolled her eyes. Absolutely rude, but again a nice store.

Their sign clearly states they close at 10pm on Saturday. At the store we were told they were closed at 8pm. Will not be back. These businesses want to exist post-covid they really need to get with the program.

They didn't have the book I wanted but we got it ordered super quick and found some nice books for my daughters birthday.

I love this book store! People working there are very helpful and polite! As soon as I walked in lady walked up to me and asked me what she can help me with. And then I told her what I was looking for and then she told me that what I'm looking for there's also that available in a bargain section. Who doesn't love to save money! Me!

You just have to love this store, reading, hobbies, board games, toys, collectibles. Come get your fix.

Love the store! But, the book I wanted wasn't available. The store is spacious, clean, and the customer service is phenomenal!

Though I prefer and support smaller book stores rather than chains, any book store is better than none! There are also very few Barnes and Nobles in the area, this isn’t like a fast-food chain. Lots of deals and cheap books to help compete against the online shops (which Barnes and Noble does have as well too). The workers here is great but sometimes a little too.helicopter workers. Sometimes I’m reminded of Madam Pince in Hogwarts Library when I touch their books. Speaking of Harry Potter, there are a ton of toys and games of many of the major book and movie chains, one of the few places you can get Harry Potter Noble Collection merchandise. Also tons of technical books/study guides/textbook rentals, DVDs and music, and magazines galore. Also an indoor partial Starbucks. Eton is a great area for the book shop with tons of good restaurants (B-Spot, Paladar, much more) and shopping (Apple, Lululemon) nearby in easy walking distance. Grab a book and check it out!

Staff was very friendly and helpful with my family and I. The kids are was well organized and had so much to offer. We were given some great handouts with readying selections for both my children. Great sales.

They had everything I needed and more.i bought of mice and men; Think and Grow Rich, and nick nack for the little ones

Nice bookstores but like others everything is at full retail unless there's a sale or you're a member which costs you money.

How can a bookstore have no lap boards to read books but they have them for laptops that they don't sell? Years ago my husband got me a board to read books while in my chair and it was wonderful! Shame!

It's so nice to be able to go to the book store.to touch them, glance through or read them; all the while enjoying a coffee. Lovely!

You heard it said, "I can not live without books". Wonderful selection. Visit the Barnes and Noble in Columbus also.

A spacious bookstore with a good selection of books, toys, and other gifts. The prices on non-books are too inflated. Good atmosphere.

Everyone in the store was extremely nice. My cashier was amazing and he talked to me about the socks and how they are very popular and are selling out. They had an amazing assortment of things. The shelves were all stocked and it was super clean. They had everything from dvds to magazines to books to game. They have a bunch of stuff!

They just never have what I'm looking for. Incredibly one sided in the religion section. Have some kool star wars books though

Great place and outstanding staff. It's been reorganized and so easy to navigate. It's grown to offer so much more than books. This is still one of my favorite places.

I so miss a deep catalogue book store. Although there were no happy surprises, the fact that it sure I've is inspiring.

It was okay. I have had better burgers than this one. I was hoping for something better. Service was good.

Everyone in this store is super helpful. They are visible, and attentive. From simply asking if someone needs help, to informing customers of current promotions and upcoming events. The store itself is clean and well organized. This place is a winner for great customer service, and overall experience.
