Barnes & Noble reviews
15Great selection. Prices are a little high at barnes ans noble in general but with the other options around this is where i go. Also.to make a suggestion the store.should have baskets. Some people get more than they can carry. Just a suggestion.
This store has been reorganized into a lot of dead ends. This is no longer an enjoyable layout for browsing.
Looking for Al-Anon books but the store had none available. Employee was helpful in helping me but they did not have what I wanted.
After stopping at two targets neither had the book I wanted although according to their website the book was stocked at Target Central (3 copies) No big deal headed to Barnes and Nobel. Completely unfamiliar with their store a friendly customer service associate sold the book to me and a friendly cashier rang it up. It was pricey but it is a full service retail store and for the “in demand” book I was happy to pay a premium price. Driving extra miles and wasting time on a wild goose chase is expensive.
Good prices. A lot of books to choose from and some of them are marked down with good prices. I have purchased a lot of vinyl from here in the past. A great place to browse and they play great music to shop by.
Kudos for how your staff handles grown adults who stand in the children's section and scream obscenities over six Dr. Seuss books not being available and "cancel culture. "
Barnes & Noble never disappoints. Well stocked, friendly staff, and a great atmosphere. Great for buying, browsing or just relaxing in the cafe area. A big chain store that doesn't feel like it.
Love B&N. Exceptional service today at the Lennox local. Walked me to my book request vs just telling me where it was located.
I'll be back soon
Sadly, one of the few remaining book stores. Great selection. It's time to visit a brick and mortar book store again, don't you think?
Very helpful staff. They were able to order a specific book that I needed and it only took 2 days to get it!
Always a great place to buy kids books but prices are so much higher than exact same items from Amazon.
I prefer small independent bookstores, and adore used bookstores, but when you want the new release and you want it now, this Barnes & Noble is clean, well lit, well organized, and the staff is very helpful.
Stopped in to browse the area.very clean.well organized.
Nice coffee/refreshment area.
Nice place to browse and spend time.
There is no customer service they don't want to help. The store manager Amy is terribly rude and not helpful. The first associate walked away after being on the phone for while I waited at customer service. The manager Amy claimed she has worked there for 20 years and followed me around the store laughing at me. If you want a book and need even a little help don't come here. BTW I found a book on the Kindle store. Proves Amy was being unhelpful on purpose as she said she could only search by book title and author name. I was requesting a subject search.
Update: I received a call from the district manager. He has great customer service and told me what I know to be true there is a keyword search. He advised that Amy is not the store manager but may have been the acting manager on duty at the time. I am going to return to this location to give them another chance the next book I need.
Amy the manager is extremely rude. She refused to help me and when I came back for help she was laughing with another emplpyee and advised me they had a hard day. She loud talked me and followed me around the store. She said she is the manager of this store. If you want help or to purchase books I don't recommend coming here.
