Barnes & Noble, Columbus OH

The staff was at the location but must have also been on vacation. I think they ignored me on purpose. Or that's the way it seemed. No assistance with anything. Barnes and Noble!

Been coming here for years, it's a nice add on to the mall. The area is well lit and the staff is very laid back.

Covid protocols are in effect asking patrons to wear mask and practice safe distancing but other than making sure we were all safe the Barnes and Nobles was a great weekend escape with a full stock of books, movies and other media.

Everything is here! Friendly staff and extra clean store. Little short staffed but I was last there on a Sunday so.

Great store, friendly service, unfortunately didn't have the first book of any of the book series I wanted to read. Have the rest, just not the first.

Went in for a very specific children's book, was in and out in 10 minutes thanks to the staff who knew exactly where to find my request!

For the Reader a great stop and Browse. Certain to find the readers choice, I find this a great place to spend some free time.

Very nice selection of books, reasonable prices, however the Hotwheels toy selection was not great, which is something I very much look forward to,

Great children's book section. Clean store with lots of room to browse, wonderful magazine selection, Starbucks coffee shop inside the store. Helpful staff. Great selection of books. Some toys and interesting, fun gifts, games, fun items. Play area just outside the store.

Clean, nice, chain bookstore. Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. Not directly connected to the mall, just outside the mall through a breezeway.

Great store, well organized and stocked. I bring my daughter here quite a bit, and we always find something interesting.

Love this place, of course then again every Barnes & Noble I've ever been too here in Ohio or outside of Ohio has always been amazing. The Atmosphere is always fantastic and always helpful, the employees are always ready to help you to find exactly what you need. However, with any Barnes & Noble you always have to remember they can be high in Prices for just about everything. I understand why too and you will too when you visit.

If your ever in need of a great place to read, write a book or maybe even get some work done and enjoy a nice thing of Coffee. Polaris Barnes & Noble will always be your best place to enjoy those moments.

Always love this place. I wanted an obscure hard to find hardcover and an associate helped me track down the one copy in stock. Very happy.

They force people to wear a mask even against my bodies health issues. I'm exempt from a dr. They no longer will have my business. I will support business who do not violate my rights.
