Wonderful staff who really seem to care about their customers. Great selection of machines—new and preowned. Plenty of space and time to try them out. Lots of classes and opportunities to learn. This is a gem of a family-owned business. Highly recommend.

And they're knowledge about machines is outstanding. They have any kind of sewing machine, long arms, embroidery machines. Whatever you want, they got it. I'll never go anywhere else. Oh, and the sales people are very nice.

I have now bought 2 used machines at Barnes. The owners have put a lot of effort to make sure everything is working properly. Their extra time and effort is really appreciated. From my experience, I feel like they are a trustworthy business.

A gem of a family business in Cuyahoga Falls for decades. Seamstresses, quilters, tailors and others thank you for great service, prices stock.

The staff here is always very friendly and knowledgable. They are willing to help whether you are there in person or phoning them. I have found their prices to be extremely competive. I've been told they will price match if you find a better deal online, but I've never found occasion to ask for a better price.
They also have some great events at their store. Unlike other shops I never even have to cart my sewing machine to the events. They use machines from their store.

This place is great for your sewing, quilting, and embroidery needs. They have a large variety of machines and accessories to fit any budget. It is even worth the hour drive to very there for me. They are extremely friendly and helpful. I had 5 different people ask me if i was doing OK, needed any help finding anything, or had any questions.i was only there for maybe 20 minutes but heard 2 of the girls that work there helping customers both on the phone and in person with details on using machines. They also offer a large variety of classes for everything from how to use your sewing machine to quilting and embroidery.
