Called to have a racoon removed who was sick. They went under my deck. Got an 8 am appointment time due to them telling me that I had to be here when someone arrived. Was told I would receive an appointment confirmation. Never received appointment confirmation and no one showed up at 8 am. Called. Poor customer service.

In response. That is not what I was told. I was told someone would arrive at 8 AM.not a window and I told your staff Thank you and goodbye. While I do work from home. I can't be away from my phone or computer and asked for an early morning appointment. Just because I WORK FROM HOME DOES NOT MEAN I DO NOT HAVE OBLIGATIONS AND WOULD BE UNABLE TO ANSWER THE DOOR OR SPEAK TO YOUR TECH ONCE I STARTED.

My wife and I highly recommend Barnes Wildlife Control. We had a problem with raccoons in our attic. They had actually made a whole in our roof! We were blessed to have Barns Wildlife come to our rescue!

Barnes provided professional service from start to finish! The receptionists, Melissa and Sarah, who scheduled our appointments were very courteous and knowledgeable.
Omar, who came out and did the initial inspection and served as Project Lead throughout, was also extremely knowledgeable, patient and simply wonderful to work with!

Omar set a trap above the hole on his initial visit along with a camera. That night, the camera showed a raccoon had been caught and a service technician was out early the next morning to pick up the trap and reset it. Two days later, the camera showed that another raccoon was caught, and again, a service technician was out early the next morning.

Omar, came out and fixed the whole in our roof after monitoring the camera for about a week–to ensure there were no additional raccoons. The next day Omar came out with his two-man crew and they vacuumed out the insulation in our entire attic to remove all the soiled areas the raccoons had used as their home and latrine. They then sanitized and deodorized the attic and used another long hose to spray in new insulation.

Barnes Wildlife Control did an excellent job for us. Our initial concern was some smallish critter in an inaccessible (to us) attic space. Jacob performed a thorough inspection and settled on a ridge vent being the likely entry point. He set up a one-way (out) passage for what was probably a bird or small squirrel and after a few days returned to install a screen to allow continued ventilation while keeping the critters out. We then contracted with them to seal our entire foundation to prevent the occasional mouse from finding its way through our old field stone foundation. They caulked the entire perimeter, including under the siding to minimize entry points. With their experience, they know to caulk areas I wouldn't have even thought about. We had a couple of little bumps in the project driven mainly by the challenges of working on a 150+ year old home; however, Mr. Barnes resolved those to our complete satisfaction. We would definitely recommend them to others for similar services.

Barnes Wildlife was a great company to work with on my animal issues. The technician, Wade, was very easy to work with. He determined what my problems were and came up with a plan to get everything in order. I did not do everything on the original list but there was zero pressure to do more than what I ordered. The job was finished on time and looks great!
To sum up, Barnes was everything I could have asked for. Knowledgeable, prompt, friendly and very professional. I highly recommend them for any animal control problems you might have.

Mason Harding, I'm convinced is the very best representative Barnes Wildlife Control could ever have. This young man was professional, knowledgeable, mannerly, explained everything, every step of the way, so I always knew the steps being used to rid my home of squirrels in my attic. Barnes Wildlife Control is a great company when you want dependable, on time, professional service. From the first contact with their scheduling secretary, dealing with Barnes was a pleasant experience for an unpleasant problem.

Jake was very helpful, worked hard, was diligent and communicated well while trying to get a lost pigeon off our roof! It took time, but he did everything well and successfully secured it and hopefully will be going home! I’d recommend this service!

Travis came to my home an cked around the perimeter of my roof an soffit. He found what needed to be repaired. To keep the squirrels out. He also cked my attic an found a dead squirrel an removed it. Really impressed with this company. Extremely responsive whenever I called to report a squirrel in the humane trap. They arrived soon thereafter to make sure the squirrels were quickly and safely removed. Even came out in TERRIBLE weather so that one little guy didn't have to be in a trap during a storm. Warmed him up with a hair dryer and set him free - and sent me a video of it! Great work, thorough, everyone I saw or talked to was friendly and cheerful. Thanks guys! You're great but I hope I never need you again! EDIT: 6 years later, still impressed! This time mice indoors (not where I like them to be). Barnes was again prompt, thorough and did a great job! We had a superior experience with Barnes Wildlife Control. We have had bats in exterior of our house for years but they became troublesome a few years ago by gaining entrance to the main parts of our home. We contacted Barnes and Jake came out to assess our situation and provide a quote for humane removal. This process was speedy and affordable and we had confidence in Jake and the company. I would hardily recommend them for the humane removal of any pests in your home.

I was hearing a rustling in my chimney, and after finding feces on the roof, I realized I was probably dealing with raccoons. I called Barnes, and set up an appointment. Justin was my service tech, and I honestly can't say enough nice things about him. His calm demeanor took away the anxiety that I was having. He set traps, and explained everything to me. He checked in every few days, and let me know how much the chimney caps that I needed would be. Again, he took the time to explain what he was doing. I would recommend Barnes to anyone with a wildlife issue. And I would ask for Justin if I ever (hopefully not!) need their services again. Thank you for making a stressful situation so much easier to deal with, and for the great job you did!
