4/12/21 Update:
I bought a new car and sent an email on Sunday, 4/11/21 to our insurance company with the VIN # and model / color so the policy could be updated. I received a reply right away from Jackie Taulbee, Office Manager, on Monday 4/12/21.

My wife and I just moved back to Ohio this week and needed to change the cars and residence insurance to Ohio from Texas.
We decided to switch brands and I noticed the State Farm sign and office near our house, so I called them.
I initially talked to Jackie and she was very friendly and helpful to get us started. I was greeted by Barney Riesbeck, Agent, who thanked me for making the appointment with his office.
My appointment was with Natasha Zimmerman and it was a great experience.
She explained the details and how State Farm compared to our previous insurance. She also covered the important points, so I could easily decide the options we wanted.
We needed to get our driver's licenses changed, so Natosha gave me the address and phone number of a local Bureau of Motor Vehicles office.again customer service above and beyond to help us. She even offered to locate a local branch of our bank.
Natosha was very professional and easy to work with. I'm sure glad I called for the appointment, met Barney Riesbeck and worked with Natosha Zimmerman on our new policies.
I highly recommend them.
