I left a book on one of their buses. I called during regular office hours, but they didn't answer and didn't return my voicemail. I emailed them thru their web form, but again no reply. Finally, contacted them by web form a second time, and they said, no they don't have the book. So much for great service.

Went to the Rivers Casino with the Retirement Teamsters. Driver was a young lady. Had a nice ride. She was very polite and professional. Hope to travel with them again.

The bus line might not stop here. Call ahead and make sure you are on the manifest before you waste any time. Seriously, I was left here and was only given a choice to waite on the next bus 14 hours later. No heat. No electricity. Or get a refund within 7 days. Booked through Greyhound.

Your driver tried to run me off the road on I77 at 3: 40 pm in cleveland. Apparently baron bus drivers that are hired have exceptionaly poor driving skills. And care care very little if at all for the safety of their passengers and other people on the highway. Next time I see a baron bus I'm calling the police.

Horrible service! They cancelled my
bus and did not inform me (as per their policy). I arrived at the train station an hour before my bus was scheduled to depart only to find it had been cancelled. They could not offer me any options and left me stranded 5 hours from home in an unfamiliar city. When I reached out about the situation and my ticket, they refused to refund or offer alternatives and then stopped taking calls and responding to their email/ticket service.

Every trip that we have planned over the past years has been great with Barons, and great driver Phil we are always on time or even early. GREAT GOING BARONS!

Great service and staff were exceptional. Unfortunately the seats were not as comfortable as the greyhound I was on previously.

We have used Barons Bus for several trips to Cincinnati and we have always been very pleased. We plan on using them for all our travel needs in the future. The bus drivers have always been respectful and pleasant.

Not a good Service when having to be with greyhound they will cancel they they bus with 1inc of snow to miss the greyhound

Cancels bus tickets without notification. Oh and getting a refund won’t happen even though the service was not completed. 3 times in a row. Avoid.

>250$ gone for nothing and when requesting my money back I’m responded to 2 weeks later telling me know. Service level agreement wasn’t met fools. Don’t waste your time here.

I booked a trip for the weekend and it was canceled last minute and I wasn't told about until I waiting 3 1/2 hours later smh and I then I tried calling and no one answered

Terrible unsafe drivers. I have video I posted on social media of one of their drivers cutting people off on freeway almost causing accident speeding and riding too closely behind other vehicles. I have a cdl and after witnessing this I can't believe this company would allow such people to drive a bus! I definitely don't want to be on their bus with this driver let alone sharing the road with them.

Terrible customer service. Don't bother calling or leaving a voice-mail they won't either. Bus was cancelled and I just want my refund for my ticket. This bus service is trash, if there were other options in my area I would use them. It's obvious the positive feedback on here are either bots, or employees. If you can help it, do not use barons bus!

Riding on the Barons Bus was very convenient, safe, comfortable, and they provide EXCELLENT SERVICE!
October 1,2022 was the first time my family and I tried riding on a Baron’s bus and we were very excited to have found a very convenient way to get to Chicago without having to do a lot of driving. In fact, we just had to do less than 5 minutes of driving to get to the bus stop in front of Speedway gas station on Maumee Street in Angola, Indiana (it’s the one close to I-69 and right beside Taco Bell).
The bus was on time and we got to Chicago as scheduled. The trip was scheduled to leave Angola, Indiana at 7: 55 pm and you arrive in Chicago at 10: 45 pm. The seats were quite comfortable and it was a very easy ride. When we got to our hotel in Chicago, I realized that I had left a very valuable item on the bus. At first, I tried calling Baron’s bus but there was no answer. Then I started calling Greyhound bus, since they partnered with them, and I was able to get hold of their customer service; but, unfortunately, they could not reach anyone in the office because they were already closed. So, my husband and I decided to go back to the bus station early the next day but the bus was already gone and their customer service at the bus station was unable to help us. They just provided us with a number to call. I did not have any luck at all with the number. But, I did try emailing them and sending them a private message on Facebook messenger. Luckily, someone was able to respond to my messages and they did an initial sweep on the bus; Unfortunately, they could not find my item. I was dismayed. I was going on a trip overseas and would not be back for a couple of months. I had almost given up hope by then because with all the passengers that get on board the bus, it would be close to impossible to find items left on the bus. I realized that I had taken a selfie on the bus and it showed my seat number and I provided that to them. They did a second sweep and they were able to find my missing item!
I was already out of the country by then when I got an email and a call from Baron’s bus telling me that they found my item and they provided me with options on how to retrieve it! I was overjoyed! They went above and beyond to help me with my issue. While it was hard to get hold of someone on the phone at first, there were other options to get hold of them. I was very happy that I rode on Baron’s bus! They knew how important it was for me to retrieve the item and they did their best to help me! I would, definitely, RECOMMEND it to everyone I know.

This bus company works with Greyhound in this area and some of the drivers have no care for speed limits in front of Huron High School or either of the two hospitals (U of M and AA Veteran's) they drive by to get to the bus station. I tried to call the company but my voicemail was never responded too. I also let the two police agencies that patrol the area about this issue.especially since this is about the time students are released for the day and shift change.

Worst Bus experience ever.driver wouldn't announce stops or how many minutes we had.i was left in another state. My coat and luggage gone. Couldn't get thru to company to track bus.i will never ride with this company again. THE WORST AND IM FILING COMPLAINT WITH FTC and department of Transportation. Deserve a negative 10
