Terrible customer service.treated my wife and me like street scum.earrings for sale were outdated and appeared worn prior.only 3pair of gold earrings.nit in our price range. I had heard that this business was a well kept secret in town.so I was a first time customer with cash in hand. I'll never patronize this rude shop again and graciously tell all my friends and family not to also. Merry Christmas

I changed my watch battery and couldn't get the cover back on. Brought my watch in and they put my watch case cover back on for no charge.

A great family owned local jeweler. They resized and made my grandmothers ring look brand new in a short turn around time.

I have been going to Barrows for as long as I can remember. I would never go anywhere else. I could have written a review about all of the amazing jewelry I have gotten from this shop, but my most recent visit is why I’m here now. I walked in initially to get a new chain for a pendant necklace that was given to me from my grandparents. Lisa helped me right away and helped me pick the perfect chain. She then asked if she could clean my rings that I had on for me and check my diamonds to make sure they were secure. I was a little embarrassed because my wedding band was missing a diamond and I didn’t get it fixed before because it was too expensive for me. When Lisa gave me back my rings they were the cleanest I had ever seen them and she had replaced the missing diamond that I had lost and reinforced the prongs for me. I could not praise this place enough and I will forever continue to take my business here. If you are having a hard time choosing a jeweler you don’t need to look any farther because you won’t regret coming here and you will never need to go anywhere else.

They were very friendly and helpful we are so happy with are results with my resizing for my wedding band for our up coming wedding.

I went to Barrows for the first time recently to get my engagement ring resized and they were fantastic! I walked in and felt like I was being greeted by family friends that I had known forever, despite having just met them. They were very, very quick with getting the ring resized and it came back to me freshly polished as well! Will definitely be going back in the future for all my jewelry needs!
