Bass Pro Shops, Cincinnati OH

Special shout out to Nick and the guys back in the fishing section. Helped me get some gear together for my fly fishing trip. Put my fly line on by hand and spent time explaining some stuff to me. They were all very helpful and should definitely be considered an asset to the team. Also, celebrity appearance by Willem Dafoe was also great! Thanks fellas.

Bass Pro! Personally, what's not to love? Need fishing gear? Bass Pro. Camping, yes. Bass Pro/ Cabela's. Nice, clean and friendly staff.

The staff was very helpful! We adventure into many areas in the store. We were helped fitting my son for a life jacket. Then we went to get water shoes. Their selection doesn't accommodate a size 14 in men well. But we still came out with a great looking shoe. In camping we were able to get helped purchasing new tent poles. We had a lot of laughs with the staff. The selection of cooking utensils was lacking in the grilling department. At the last minute we were able to find some that will serve our purpose. It's just fun to be in the store if you love preparing for the outdoors!

I always seem to love their stores. It's more than just shopping, it's an experience.
They are always happy to see my best friend with me and give her treats. All of the employees that I've communicated with were friendly and seemed knowledgeable. I'm sure they have bad days like the rest of us. The employees here make the experience even better for the most part.

Very helpful staff and lots of interesting things to look at and purchase. Their virtual shooting range seemed to be a bit buggy (a couple of the guns ate your quarters) but other than that, it was a good experience.

This place was cool. Connected to a mall that has everything closed tho. This location is not as neat/interesting as Peoria Illinois location. The fishing selection was also smaller here.

I am not much of the outdoors type but my boyfriend and my best friend love this place I like to look at the clearance rack and I like to check out the different guns and weapons they have they are a bit overpriced but you get what you pay for.

You can get fresh popcorn and candies and there are plenty of fishing and hunting equipment and a huge aquarium with fish everywhere inside it

I think prices are a little high. The manager could not sell us shorts on the mannequin because she said it was not in the inventory? Why show shorts you don't sell? We looked for them for 30 minutes also cashier was extremely slow but everyone was nice. Just disappointed we could not buy those shorts for my son.

We love going here. They have everything you need if you love fishing like we do. This place has a little bit of everything for those who love the outdoors! Really wish they would build one closer to our area.

I love this Bass Pro Shop! All of the employees are absolutely very knowledgeable and very helpful. They are willing to go out of rheir way to help you find something. Hey ladies and gentlemen in the gun Department are always very willing to help you and are very knowledgeable!

Okay customer service, when going up have an idea of what you want. The past few times I have been there to purchase something it seems like I always get that guy that tries to push the exact opposite of what I'm looking for. That being said I seem to find pretty good deals there.

Have a lot of stuff for outdoor sports. My husband bought a recurve and some arrows. Customer service was good.

Top shelf, some bargains but you have to watch the sales, plan to spend twice as long as you're thinking, and spend twice as much!

If you are going to look at firearms then your better off going online. They have near zero customer service and act like its a major inconvenience to help customers, even if there are only two people there.

This was my first visit to Bass Pro Shops as I was out of town and we do not have one in my hometown of Boise Idaho, yet. I love the variety and depth of everything I could possibly need for fishing. What a great store I wish we had one Boise.

I do visit basspro frequently they do a good variety for the Outdoorsman or woman. I would give them 5 stars but for two reasons. First, they are a little on the high side. Second reason is that a lot of their product comes from outside the country. And going back to the first reason I wouldn't mind the price if it was made in the United States of America

Place is a trouble mess, half the item on sale are not is stock. Associate are standing around doing nothing. Lines to get out while they should be associates standing around on register. They really need to close this place down. Especially since the mall is dead

I just had to return a bad boat battery.while I did not have my original receipt they were kind enough to pull it up in the system off of my Bass Pro points card find that sale and let me walk out the door with a new replacement battery no charge. This is exactly what I wanted to see happen and it did in a timely fashion great customer service.
