I am always able to find what I need and get out before I spend too much. The employees are slo very kind and do a fantastic job of social distancing and sanitizing.

Thank you sooo much for the employee who found the last strawberry pound cake candle for me. Literally over the top customer service.

Great store! Love their candles. Very clean and organized. Stores are practicing all covid safety measures, which I appreciate. Employees were very helpful and could point me in the right direction.

Awesome! Upon arrival to enter the store outside the representative person shares doing this Covid-19 a mask is required with 6ft social distance. With a smile by the eyes

Showed up bright and early this morning at 8: 00am only to discover the store is closed. I rechecked the website that indicated it was open. I called the store and the automated message stated they were open. At the end of the automated message, a lady answered the phone. She stated the website and automated message was incorrect, that must have been from last week. She further stated she would need to contact the district manager to correct this information. Bottom line the store doesn't open until 10: 00am.

Love bath and body 5 and my honest opinion I think all their stuff is starting to smell the same I kind of wonder if they may be combining some or kind of tweaking one of the since they're all of them whatever. Can definitely go broke in there

I appreciate the extra efforts to make us feel safe. I am slightly paranoid (by nature not due to this) so after I got my hair cut I saw they were taking extra measures. They have outside set up to let in guests at a controlled rate. They gave a quick run down of how to shop. It wasn’t weird everyone including customers were wearing masks. (Not required).

This isn’t forever its just for now. They did it 100 years ago for the “Spanish” flu. The world lost 100,000,000 people. Because of simple (non political) actions like what this store has done I felt 100% safe. Int I got to the register and my total was over $100 because coupons aren’t going into effect until June. Then I left.

Always a nice experience. Forgot my coupon, wish you could get discount anyway, but u cant. My fault.

Disappointed! Rude staff with lacking performance. She acted like that she was annoyed by customers even though there was only a few. It happened on Monday. This is not the only BBW in this area. Their sales reps were nice on weekends.

Every time i walk in there is a sale, some things on clearance and at least a couple new items. I never know where to start

Katherine customer service skills was lacking. She was rude. Also this store is not set up for reward points. Just a average bath and body works.

The manager Jessica is absolutely awesome! I love this store and this is my favorite location. The staff is always courteous and professional and willing to help.

Customer service reps thought they should have deep meaningless conversations instead of trying to answer a simple question. Cashier was fine.

Price is reasonable. Lines are short. The only downsides are some of the slides weren't open and food choices are limited

The staff was so very helpful. They took the time to help me even though they were very busy. I was not just told "Oh it's over there".
