Bath & Body Works reviews
8Clean store. Not so helpful staff.they totally ignored me. Was looking for halloween stuff but it wasent out yet. 8/25/2021
The people were friendly, & the store was well organized. My one complaint is, they don't participate in the rewards program. Because of this, I wasn't able to cash in on my free gift
Brunch was wonderful food was awesome waitress also was wonderful Highly recommend eating there
Love bath and body works, I found the original peach, it was called Market peach, but of course when I went back to go and get some, nothing can't find it anywhere, on their bags say white barn, it's in New Albany ohio, but it says bath and body works, so no luck with, other than that it is all good
Great deal going on today. Everything is buy 3 get 3 free. Had to wait outside due to only allowing 17 people in the shop at one time, but they had umbrellas available to keep us dry while we waited.
Very nice employees. Sanitazing as soon as you walk in, sanitizing in between people at registers.
Great, kind staff. They're staying on guidelines for covid. Worst part is sometimes waiting outside for others to leave.
I love Bath and Body, but was dissapointed today. Had to wait outside due to 17 person max, not a problem. When I got inside there were only 12 shoppers, 4 people waiting to check out and only 2 out of 4 registers running with 7 other employees standing around socializing with each other and stocking fully stocked shelves. If they had all 4 registers going those 4 people waiting would be out faster, the people outside would be in faster and the 3 customers I saw walk away because they didn't want to wait would have entered and spent money.
