Came here today with my girlfriend for my first holiday candle sale. It was pleasant, and the staff were friendly. My only complaint is that on social media and on the Internet Bath and body Works had mentioned to check the app for store openings. Our store said it opened at 5am in the app but general internet says sale at 6am. We were not the only ones that had apparently misinterpreted this.so we had arrived an hour early and had to wait. In the future it would probably be best to just have a set local time so there isn’t oversight with information in apps that vary from location to location.

This B&BW store is great. Most of the time they are pretty well stocked, with the exception of Christmas time of course. The employees are super helpful and are very knowledgeable about the products and seasonal sales as well as promoting new options.

They always offer friendly, attentive service without "tailing" the customer through the store. They have very good clearance sales in January and again in June. Go the first week in those months to get the best deals. This last visit was a bit disappointing. It's the first time in years and years of me doing a large purchase, clearance shopping that so many of the sale items seemed to have lost their scent altogether or just didn't smell quite right. I still managed to find some good selections of body spray, creams, bath soaps, foaming hand soaps, candles, hand sanitizers, and minis for my purse. They also have lovely decorative holders for any decor for hand soaps and candles. Items are very attractively contained and make excellent gifts to pull year round as many different items can be coordinated into possible gift sets. Clear gift bags with attractive ribbons are provided for free.

I love Bath and Body Works. I go to the one in Rookwood commons and the employees always ask if you need a basket and help you with anything you need! They are very nice. I go way too much though

I was in and out in no time. Store clerk took time to set my rewards account right after visiting multiple stores before that lied and told me my rewards number was good.

One of my favorite locations! The associates are always nice and helpful, unlike some other locations I've been to. I drive 35 minutes to Rookwood just to avoid the location closer to me. Always welcoming, store is organized and stocked well. Love the ladies there. One of the best around!
