Bath Fitter, Worthington OH

This is the 2nd time I've used Bath Fitters and each time the process has been smooth (even though the actual installer process encountered bumps, they resolved each one without causing me any aggravation) and on time.

As a company they are very focused on customer satisfaction, and minor issue post install that I may have had they addressed in a timely and professional manner. I would bring them in again if I had another bathroom to do!

Bathfitters were great. There was a problem with the original tub but they called promptly explaining the problem. While this made the install take longer, it was worth the wait.

They had to repair and change some of the plumbing and replace drywall. The wall, tub, shower rod and shower hardware were all replaced. All that was done in one day. It's been a month since we've had our new tub and shower. Our bathroom looks like a completely different place. Everything is fresh and ne. We love it. Would use Bathfitters again in a heartbeat.

Overall great experience working with Bath Fitter. We now have a beautiful shower/tub we can enjoy and the installation only took one day!

This is the third bathroom that we have had Bath Fitters help us with. Obviously if we weren’t 100% satisfied with the first job, there would not have been two others. They are prompt, work efficiently and leave everything so clean.

It was easy to get a response. Excellent at going into details on what will be done. They're easy to get a hold of and quick on responding. Currently loving my tub.

I have a full unfinished basement with drainage rough-in's already. Since it is unfinished, the hot and cold water pipes are exposed but they do not lead into the area where I want the full bath to sit. So I called these guys and asked them to come in and design the layout and they refused because there are no pipes leading into the area. They said their estimates may not be accurate since the pipes are not in yet. I get this logic but it is in the basement and I can pretty much have the pipes laid out according to the design. I called them twice to see if I can explain it better but got denied both times. Not gonna waste my time with this company.

Salesman and installer were incredibly professional and went over everything with me. Absolutely no surprises.

This is our second Bath Fitter experience. Both times we have had a positive experience. Everyone is great, anything i questioned or needed they always knew the answer and got back to me on it.

Shower is beautiful. Looks just like the brochure. Installed in 1 day as opposed to 1 1/2 days as quoted.

We have had Bath Fitters do our bathroom before installing a tub and walls and ceiling so it was the only thing to have them do it again because they get the job done right from start to finish. Their install team does a outstanding job from start to finish, the installer crew arrived on time and were very professional putting down a drop cloth inside from back door through kitchen to bathroom to protect our floors from dirt from going and coming in from outside of house. We highly recommend anyone and everyone Bath Fitters is the company to hire to update your bathroom, they do it right.

The whole experience from the start, talking to someone at your booth at The Ohio State Fair to the completed project with John was fantastic. Every step was professional and easy.

Customer service at it’s best. From the first phone call until installation, the people were wonderful. They took a forty year old bathtub/shower and made it brand new in one day. I love it. I highly recommend them

Four stars because it is expensive, otherwise it’s great! One day installation, just like they advertise. You come home and voila; the bathroom is beautifully updated!
Excellent service and quality.

We had our second full bathroom remodeled. The installer was a really nice guy, and by himself, tore out the horrid tub, replaced the damaged dry wall, and put in a nice clean shower. And the best thing of all is a LIFETIME WARRANTY (for the original buyer).

From start to finish it was a great experience. There was a problem that came up during the installation but it was handled in a timely fashion. I am highly satisfied with the end result and would recommend Bath Fitter.

We are very happy with our new walk in shower by Bath Fitter! To be able to walk in the shower easily now that our old cast iron tub is gone, is wonderful!
