Scheduled a consultation on 3/12 for 3/27. Called 3/26 to advise there is a scheduling conflict and had to push us out another 2 weeks. Don't wait until the day before to figure out there I'd a scheduling conflict. Then, try to fix it quickly, not wait another 2 weeks.

If you are going to remodel a bathroom, it would be a crime to use anybody other than Bath R Us. The whole process was great from start to finish. Starting with Jon who gave me my free estimate, everything was very clearly laid out and explained to me. He took the time to explain what I wanted and made great suggestions along the way. Shout out to Jake and Kei from Bath R Us for arriving on time everyday and getting my shower and vanity done in 2 1/2 days! No excuse even for people with busy schedules like me. I’m happy they took my old shower and vanity with them so. I didn’t have to worry about it. This is my first time remodeling a bathroom and I’m happy to say I chose the right people for the job the first time. Very polite, professional and personable staff.

None of my neighbors have had a decent experience. We are in the market and when we heard stories and saw unfinished projects going on a year (that led to a broken nose) I was so sad and mad for them. I had a bad experience with a fence company I went with and wished someone would have warned me, THIS IS YOUR WARNING ️️️️️️
