I needed a new battery for my phone.i went to the store and they where able to change the battery in 30 minutes, easy peasy

Wasn't open during posted hours. No sign on the door explaining why, when they would return, etc. I called and left a voicemail message also. No return call. Up till this visit I had been happy with them.

Helpful, kind, and courteous; that's pretty much all a customer can ask for. It doesn't hurt when you go into a business to purchase something and it's right in their wheelhouse. A good job by BPB as usual.

I don't recommend I ordered a cell phone camera in two weeks they delivered me just cheating poorly customer service I don't recommend.

I purchased an auto battery. The tech did not tighten the battery terminals to the battery post. Causing the auto to be hard starting

Always a valuable stop for necessary if not flashy needs. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable, prices often beat the big box chains, you can find a battery for everything, and quick service. Exactly what I want and where I would go when I need batteries.

P. S. If you want "flashy, " they do have a bunch of color changing bulbs!

For those of you question if "Customer Service" was obsolete. Batteries Plus restored my faith. Ben, one of their techs took great care of me. I needed some battery packs assembled. They took special care to be sure to assemble them to perfection. They offer many services. Check them out, the entire staff is excellent!

Though my issues couldn't be resolved, the three individuals I dealt with (one in Lewis Center and two in Clintonville) were super helpful with problem solving. Thank you for all your efforts!

Got one new lifetime battery and one replaced lifetime battery for 2 watches. Completed professionally and in just s few minutes. Also purchased set of 9 volt batteries for smoke alarms at a great price.
