Baumann Chevrolet Genoa reviews
18Helpful friendly staff! Great experience. Thank you for making my repair painless! In and out fast.
The buying process was extremely easy and Mike Schlosser was great to work with to get my son into a Jeep Patriot, small town dealerships are the way to go!
Everything went smooth and quick from purchase price to trade in, financing, and delivery.
Helpful man at the service desk who got the mechanics to figure out the issue with my vehicle vibrating, which they fixed.
I recommend not to do business with Baumann Chevrolet because they don't follow through with their promises when you buy a car from them I bought a used car from them and was told by the salesman that I was going to get 2 keys for the vehicle and I kept calling and going there to see about it and they told me that I had to buy it myself and would cost $550 for a key. Plus I also had a problem with my brake light and running lights and called parts department to get new assembly cause it's all led lights and they told me it was going to cost me 800 dollars for the assembly. They are a big rip off.
Absolutely amazing! Thank you Mike for a great experience. Couldn’t have asked for a better Sales Associate. The Suburban is perfect, the purchase was very easy, the dealership and staff very welcoming and overall, highly recommend Mike and Baumann Chevrolet Genoa.
They would get 5 stars if it wasn't *shutters* Chevrolet. I dry heaved typing that awful word. Service department is fantastic though. I guess if you like buying the C word, this wouldn't be a bad place to do it.
First time buyer from Baumann Chevrolet in Genoa, OH and glad to say I will be going back. My salesman, Mike Schlosser, put up with my indecisiveness, in and out looking at several trucks over a couple months. He always took the time to walk around each truck and work up numbers. I finally decided to purchase my 2022 Silverado 2500 HD Custom 11-4-2022 and feel like I got an amazing deal.
I had to have my car towed to Baumann Chevy Genoa on a Sunday evening. I left a voice message but otherwise wasn't able to communicate with anyone about why my car was showing up in the service department until Monday morning.
By the time I called, they were already pulling my car in to take a look at it. I was incredibly pleased and impressed. Nick, the service technician, explained over the phone what the problem was and was clear about the time and cost to fix it.
My service experience was timely and well done. I hope to not see the service department again soon. But if I do, I know I'll be in good hands.
This time I had to wait almost an hour for my oil change. NO one ever contacted me and stated if my 3: 45pm appt was "ok" as i had done this online and the latest appt time was 3pm.
Was not very pleased with the service i received this time.
Nick at the service desk is always awesome. He is the best person you have there. Give that guy a raise!
Bauman Chevy is the best. We are not repeat customers without good reason. Mike S.is the best salesman too. Alway friendly folks. Kinds and courteous.
Everyone was very professional and polite. They found a light bulb that needed replaced and were very transparent about price. I also misread my warranty and they were very understanding about it. Will definitely keep coming back.
Everyone at Bauman did a great job to be efficient and they made it very easy to get in and get out with great quality.
Excellent service, as always. On time, reasonable wait, and always well done. The dealership itself seams to be a bare bones operation with very few vehicles on-site. It feels like they might not be there much longer.
Great dealership but could not balance my stock Silverado 3500 HD tires due to not having an "adapter".
Bad first day door fell off when I got home horn did not work radio don't work oil pans leaking oil cooler lines leaking was not told about any of this
