16Bought a 2013 wrangler from here and was told the second key was lost during paperwork. Was told that I'd have a new one when the guy that cuts keys was in and Its been over 6 months and still no second key.
Told me they could program module. Then when I got there said they couldn't and charged me $170 and would were very nasty when I tried to reason with them
As a retired uaw worker I am appalled at their lack of knowledge. Will avoid this place.
This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Made a deal for. 2 Camaros and they tried to get another 12 grand out of it. The service center charged me 2400 to fix one of them and it
was just a guess. Didn't fix my problem and didn't refund the bad diagnostic given to me. I got 200 dollars back. I will never buy another vehicle here. They are not reputable.
Steve Widman was very good throughout the whole vehicle purchasing process. He scheduled our after market paint/fabric protection a couple days after we took possession of our vehicle and provided us a loaner vehicle. I gave Baumann my credit informantion at 9AM this morning asking if I could put down a deposit on a mini van I wanted. I was told yes we could do that. I couldn't leave work so I gave the person, Maya my info and was told she would get the info to her manager. I even said I was ready to put a down payment down. She said the manager would call me. I waited all day, I called back at 11AM, at 2PM, and each time said some one would call me. I called again at 4PM, spoke to Maya again and she transfered me to sales. A man came on the line and said the van had been sold at 9AM that morning. I told them I wanted the van at 8: 40 in the morning and was told we could run the paperwork by phone. It's a strange coincidence that after waiting all day with no response, a sales rep says someone walked in at the exact time my paperwork was supposed to be registered and I was told we
Have been using Baumans for service on my vehicle's for about 4 years now. Have always gotten good service and recommendations. I plan on using them for all my service needs in the future.
Chris was very accommodating. Was thinking about purchasing a New Jeep Grand Cherokee. After test driving and finding out Grand Cherokee is no longer doing a V8 option, decided to get a RAM with a V8. A decade having Grand Cherokees. Bought the RAM elsewhere.
Had a problem with a 2020 Dodge Ram. They got us in quickly, diagnosed the problem, and had it back to us the next day! Very appreciative & was under warranty!

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Never purchased a vehicle out of state before. Chris Beck was awesome. Answered all my questions and communicated clearly. Got a great deal on my dream car. He even called the place I went for lunch and made sure they took care of me. Can’t say enough about them.

Awesome service. People, stop going to Walmart for a cheap oil change! This dealer has great prices and they use the best oil needed for your vehicle. The personnel are very kind and respectful. You can drop off your car the night before or early in the morning if you don’t have the time to take your vehicle for an oil change. That’s very convenient.
Went to test drive a car, that was it. Steve was awesome and let me do just that. The conversation was what could happen. The follow-up was that someone bought the car before I could. NO pressure to buy. I continue to look at their inventory.

2014 Buick Regal. I've had the car for 14 days and the check engine light came on day 13. I didn't get the extended warranty my fault 100%. I called the dealer to see if there's anything they can do. Jason said everything checked out fine when we had it inspected. So No! Perfect! FYI Spend 15k somewhere else.
