Had a great experience at Baumanns Ford. As first time buyers we didn’t know what to expect. Jim Kovacs was our sales guy and he is excellent! Explained all our options for financing with the pros and cons. Gave us a tour of some trucks. Was never pushy, really patient and understanding. When we decided on a truck the whole team there was amazing to work with. Baumanns Ford treats you like family. They will definitely have our business for a life time.

Sales department is fine, Service department worst in the area. Younger service writers are attentive and helpful, the others aren't. I always get my Fords serviced at dealers, this one always messes with the radio, left hose clamps loose after an EGR recall, and most recently let me wait in the waiting room just to talk to a service writer about a vehicle being repaired there not one I brought in. Don't know about all the mechanics, but half the service writers can go. This comes from 20 years in the repair business, including dealers. I will never be back and I will not purchase another vehicle from any Baumann. Brondes and Thayer service departments are both excellent, this one is not. Buy a car here, get it serviced elsewhere.

Had a great, attentive experience, not pushy! Very happy with everyone that I encountered. I love my new Focus! Thanks Sonny and Mike! I will definitely recommend Mathews Ford!
This is an update, still love my focus. I did however go back yesterday, 3-22-21 to get an oil change, I arrived at 1700, they would not do it, they said they were waiting on a 1600 appointment and a 1700 appointment, obviously the 1600 appointment wasn’t going to show being an hour late. They could have took me and did the oil change, instead they chose to lose business and future business. Unfortunate!

Dave and Ray in the service department are always helpful and go above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is fixed and fixed right the first time. Both have always been patient and taken the time to answer all of my questions.

Bad service got brand new tires through them and one of them got messed up and the wouldn't replace they tire and charged me full price not good business

Had tire issues. Slow leak in one of the tires. Couldn't get it fixed so they put air in them for me till I could get fixed. Thank you.

Great service. Was in and out with software update, oil change, wipers. They had to replace the battery because it was down to 18 percent. That was covered under my warranty. Took just about an hour. I will return.

The service was very good, the young man (I did not catch his name was very professional, respectful, and polite.) The young lady (Haley) who I called to originally schedule my appt. Is also very nice polite respectful and courteous. Management should know this and be aware of these young adults doing a fine job for them.

All of the gentlemen that took care of us were very courteous and friendly, and no one was pushy. It was a very enjoyable transaction/visit. I highly recommend this car dealership for anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle.

Over price on used cars that are traded in If a car is traded in for a 1000 On your trade sale purchase Tours your new car They double the price on your old training Or sometimes even triple it And don't let them lie to you and say they don't because they do Really they do

They don't tell you the truth. They paint a picture thats amazing to get you into the dealership then you get hit between the eyes.

If I could give negative stars I would. Terrible experience, took almost 3 weeks for them to fix my brakes, they popped my tire put my spare on weren't even gonna tell me they did it until I noticed it, leaking radiator fluid was not when I took it in. Killed my battery and left the keys in the car when I went to pick it up. Brakes starting smoking when they said it was fixed paid $1400 to fix this. Kids hired right out from clay were laughing when we brought it back. Didn't believe us at first until they test drove it and had to have it towed back. Do Not go here.

I received great customer service. With all that is going on in the world, I was thankful to be able to get my car serviced without a long delay. It was nice to know that they would come to me if I wanted them too. Dave made me feel valued. That’s why I continue to come back to Mathew Ford.

I went in without an appointment to see if they could read the lock numbers on my 2013 C-Max for a recall. Without hesitation, the service advisor assigned a technician to do this. When work was completed he checked the numbers in the computer and found that my locks were not in the recall. Very satisfied.

Car was towed there Saturday.it's now thursday.still hasn't been looked at.but i get a text just before closing that my car still hasn't been looked at.rental reimbursement amount about to be exceeded before my car is even looked at?

Worst experience ever in purchasing a car, and I've bought a couple that weren't too great. If they offered me a car for free I wouldn't take it. I purchased a car a couple years ago there. After the first week, back to the dealership it went. It stayed there for over 3 months while I drive a loaner. Good thing I insisted on it. They kept trying to claim it was fixed and I would go check on it. Nope. After about 3-4 months, not fixed. Meanwhile, the service department set up and used my free trial of Sirius Radio!
I had surgery and couldn't drive for 6 months. Started driving again and more problems. Check engine light. Supposedly fixed it. (Good thing I had an extended warranty.).
Another few months, more problems. Check engine light again. I had surgery again, so no time to take it in.
Long story, in 2 years time, I drove that car a total of 4 months. The rest of the time it was either in the shop.or undrivable.
Between the warranty place and me, it has cost more in repairs than the car originally cost. Now, it has issues again, after they claim it's fixed. Nothing shows on the diagnostic computer, so on driving it they say they "feel that it is internal to the transmission". Evidently they diagnose cars according to feelings now. They claim they don't fix transmissions there, so I have to take it elsewhere after being told, time and time again, that I can only have warranty work done there.
This is a Dodge Caliber.
First, I would suggest never, ever buying this car. It's a complete and total piece of junk.
Second, these people have lied to me from the beginning, starting with my salesman who said that I had to have certain insurance on my car to purchase it. I found out later that not only was this a lie, but it is illegal to say that. This company is extremely shady. I have honestly never done business with such an underhanded, dishonest company in my life. If I had the time to mess with them, I would sue them for dishonest practices. Frankly, I'm just at the point where I wish to sell this car, be out from under it and never see these people again. One of the worst places with which I have ever had the poor luck to have done business.
