Bay Club Apartments, Willowick OH

DO NOT Rent From Bay Club/ GMS Management. I recently moved out and I had nothing but problems with this property. I had complained to Jola the property manager several times about an issue with my furnace. Every time they did their yearly inspection they claimed to have changed my filter in the unit. I made these complaints based on having horrible allergies and not being able to breathe clearly in the apartment whether the air or heat was on. Upon moving out i decided to check the filter myself and when I took it out it was black and looked like it had not been changed in quite some time.also along the wall was nothing but black mold and this was the second time i had black mold issue in this unit. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Do not rent from Bay Club/GMS management. They make fraudulent claims against past residents.

I was a resident of Bay Club for 3 years. Never late on rent. Never had a issue. Move out inspection went without any issues or damage. All forms were filled out with Jola (Apartment manager) and forwarding contact information provided.

Now 6 months later GMS Managment is filing a claim against me for $213.08 unpaid rent! They claim there was carpet damage AFTER the move out inspection.

They are crooks and do not rent from them! They will be hearing from my legal council.
