Great company! Have used them for five years. Very professional, trustworthy, and does quality repairs and maintenance.

A new furnace was suggested to us after realizing that ours needed new (expensive) parts. Corey sold us a the new furnace, and we are amazed at the improvements made in the last 17 years. Now the furnace fits the size of our house and is SO much more quiet than the previous one. The installers, Bill and Will were very professional and knowledgeable too. They assured me that we would be more comfortable with the new furnace. This is the best investment we've made to our house in a long time.

Bay Furnace did a great job of thoroughly assessing and cleaning our furnace for the start of the heating season. Johnathon was friendly, courteous and professional in his work.

Jerry came to do the outdoor work and never introduced himself to me. They left before I had a chance to see their work and it is an eyesore. I have had trouble reaching the business to discuss and make changes.

Bay sent Tony do preventative maintenance on my furnace. He was on time, completed his work in a timely manner and was very polite.

Servicing history was outstanding on the old system. I had an easy time selecting Bay Heating for an entire new HVAC. I can't say enough about Chris Shumney who walked me through the whole process and provided good education for an informed decision. Chris worked hard to arrive at the best setup to meet the needs of my family in our home.
Jerry Ruebensaal and Shawn Ruebensaal were excellent with the end to end installation. They were very professional during the whole process, very kind and respectful in our interactions, and even sensitive to pets and anything else important to us within the house.

Jose is thorough and explains everything he is doing. He also gives advice on how you can get the most out of your furnace, ie.cleaning around the furnace etc.

His professionalism is outstanding, and he’s extremely knowledgeable on all systems and associated components. He’s kept our 30 year old system running in tip-top shape! We had our fall furnace check-up this week. The process was quick, professional and completed in a timely manner. The technician was on time, very friendly and informative. He did find a problem with a motor capacitor that did not test to specs, and I decided to replace it before the cold weather set in. He completed that work, and the furnace is operating great. All of my interactions with Bay Furnace over the years have been very pleasant. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reputable furnace/air conditioning service organization.
