17Family came in town ans this is where they stayed they tell me that there was no ventilation in the bathroom so mold was in the ceiling of the bathroom
The room was horrible! So small and out dated! All the amenities was closed but yet they still charged full price for the room. The whole hotel is out dated. The elevator sounded like it was on its last leg and they give u a bag breakfast with a water, juice box, fruit cup and a banana. Absolutely horrible pillows blankets was sheets and bathroom is so small u have to slide in to shut the door! My family and I will never stay here again nor do I recommend this place!
The ac hardly worked the beds arent very comfortable and on the last night we stayed someone just opened our door when i complained they said so very sorry must have been maintenance also they dont have breakfast they have very poorly put together grab bags with u healthy stuff that will not fill u up. Also have to book a time slot for the pool
This was our only option or we would not have stayed. No breakfast, bathroom was filthy, sheets were clean. Not even coffee in the morning.
Expedia found this place for us. Middle of industrial warehouses. Next to international airport. Most of the door locks were broken. So much maintenance needed. Grab bag breakfast. Dog friendly, $25 per night. I wouldn't recommend this place.
The “stay” was horrible. No one made me aware of policies- check in times or anything. I did not receive a confirmation number in my email. He denied us a room when we still had time to check out and still charged my card. This is a scam and this man Harry Vaidya was super rude he’s the “manager” on duty. He should be ashamed. Do not stay here.
Barely in the door and already greeted warmly some nice amenities with a pool and the sharp young lady at the counter help me find my cell phone that I left in the cab to dropped me off!
Beds and pillows super uncomfortable. I'm talking waste of money uncomfortable. Then I asked for two extra towels and the manager on duty had me go bring him back all the dirty ones and follow him in the laundry room to throw them in hamper so they could start a load. I don't know it was kind of weird. Also right now their free breakfast is a brown paper bag that consists of a fruit cup, granola bar, and a tiny coffee cake. Don't waste your money!
Awful. The bed in room 325 needs to be tossed in the trash immediately.
Management should be thoroughly embarrassed to even present it to guests as an option to sleep in.
I felt disrespected as a guest.
I couldn't even stay.
There was an offer to change my room, but I rejected it.
The condition of that room was a pretty good indicator of what they feel is presentable.
Wifi is awful, goes out every 3 minutes. Bathroom is small, the sink is outside the bathroom, you definitely get what you pay for I guess. Not my first choice, hope I never go again.
I personally think that the choice is slim when it comes to vending or the small front desk store and the prices are too high. I also think its ridiculous that they make u make an appointment time to visit the pool. And that the online amenities include free breakfast which other than coffee i have yet to see Amy such thing. Also the carpet and tile in oir room looks as if has not been vacuumed or mopped and there were multiple long black hairs found on my blankets which lead me to believe that they do not change them after every guest
Friendly staff, very clean, rooms are amazing, manager is very understanding. You are made very comfortable here. I come here just to get away sometimes. It's so relaxing
It smell very bad and you also can’t bring friends in and it looks very old it’s far from everything never going back.
My roommate and I stayed here recently. The customer service is really sub-par and the hotel looks like it needs a lot of maintenance. We were booked for a double bed room and when we got there it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke (for a room marked "non-smoking"), the wall looked like they had patched multiple holes and never painted over them, and the sheets were badly stained. We told front desk we were not satisfied and they thankfully switched us to a king bed room, which was a night and day difference! My only complaints for the king bed are the pillows being too soft and the room being outdated, but not as much as the whole hotel itself. This hotel needs a makeover in a really big way, but since it's a franchise, it's unlikely to happen soon.
We stayed at the Baymont by Wyndham in Columbus. We checked in on Thursday, July 15,2021 for two days for my mother's funeral services. We booked two rooms.
Check in was at 10 pm as we drove 400 miles. It took approximately 30 minutes to check in and get our rooms and get our room keys.
Immediately upon arrival into our rooms, there was a strong oder of mold. Upon further inspection, the room was full black mold on the walls above the hvac unit and the walls and ceiling in the bathroom.
BOTH of our rooms were full of mold. After addressing this with front desk, another guest overheard and confirmed she had the same issues and concerns. Management was made aware but I feel as if he did not understand the seriousness of the matter and the illness his hote could cause guests.
The lock on thee door was broken. I asked for a jacuzzi room and got a room with two beds. Horrible experience.
I can't get past the terrible smell the room smells like mildew and the halls smell like bad cheese I'm attempting to wear a face mask to deal with the smell long enough to fall asleep. It's not working
