The bed was clean however the room was overlooked. We weren't excited about what we found in the room.

Not disabled friend. No elevator for the second floor.

Owner commented that I should have gotten a room on ground floor then I said there wasn't any available.

Not sure how you can get away with being a hotel with a second level and no elevator then blame the guest.

Very clean, quiet, reasonably priced. The guest coffee bar coffee was nice and fresh hot condiments for the coffee creamer everything was stocked very well. Swimming pool was a very nice treat especially when you have little ones, and I would recommend this motel stop and stay and enjoy

A piece of plastic trash was on the floor by our bed when we checked in. The sink leaks, the tub had a yellow ring around it, water doesn't drain in the tub when showering, shower curtain was all yellow at the bottom of it, the blow dryer had something brown all over it, and there was hair on the toilet and on the shower walls. I know that our room price was very good, but would have expected it to be a little better well kept.

1. Booked over the phone and didn’t disclose that the pool was closed.
2. The lobby bathroom was gross
3. The hall smelled musty, our room was far more musty. I went to target and bought damp-rid and an air purifier it was so bad.
4. Room bathroom was dirty.
5. Deadbolt didn’t work.
6. Bathroom faucet was so close you couldn’t even rinse your toothbrush.
7. Mold spores on the A/C vent.
8. Couldn’t be moved because they were full.
9. Told them how damp our room was, floors, bedding, everything! They said they would have maintenance look at it. He said there was nothing wrong!
Went and asked for towels and trash bags because housekeeping didn’t come and they tried to have us moved due to the mold on the floor.
Finally decided to pack up and leave a night early. They refunded $35 and the night we didn’t stay.

If you enjoy the smell of mildew throughout a building, well then this is just the place for you! The rooms aren't too bad but the smell through out the building is pretty bad. We got the room through a deal online so it was quite a bit cheaper than the rooms price through the hotel. There is no way I would pay full price for this place! The room air condition was FULL of dust plus mold is growing on the coils inside the unit!

Needed a room for the night while i was in ohio for my sons birthday. Stayed in the parking lot for 4 hours because check in isnt till after 3, forgetting about the time change, until a staff member came out and asked if we were waiting to check in. Room looked immaculate and the bed was so comfortable my husband passed out in 5 mins of laying down. Staff was also nice during check out. Wanted to swim but is closed due to the virus but also looks clean.probably the nicest hotel i have ever stayed in.

Chris was great! Very chipper and friendly. Checking in was a breeze. Stayed in room 223, and it was very clean. Kudos to housekeeping! Not a spec of dust anywhere. I was very happy with my overall experience.

Not a bad place. Rooms appeared to be nice and clean. Then I found a roach crawling on the pizza I had in my room for an hour. Had anxiety the rest of the night while trying to sleep. Moved all of my belongings into the bathtub.

Lady at the counter was very rude we were told the night before that we could have guest and in the morning we were told otherwise.then we were only allowed to use the pool for an hour then it gets closed for 2 hours to be cleaned and only one room can use the pool at a time so after its closed you might not ever get back in.

Clean room, soft pillows, great water pressure, good sized pool, breakfast was GREAT, hot food as well. Very good experience

The hotel is clean and the staff is extremely kind and accommodating. The bathroom is VERY small and some things are a bit dated. There's no fitness center, either. Overall, this is a decent hotel. I wouldn't mind staying here again.

Unless you like sleeping on the ground you won't get much rest. The mattresses were so hard and uncomfortable. Other friend who paid for a suite with a Jacuzzi that didn't work and was full if scum. The regular bathtub in the room was dirty as well. Breakfast was good and the staff was really nice.

I was visiting a family member and the interactions we had with staff were lovely. Nice and accommodating. The room was a kings suite and it was gorgeous. There was a hot tub, microwave and mini fridge in the room as well as two arm chairs in front of the television.

Ended up sleeping in the truck in parking lot next door after pulling covers on bed in 2 separate rooms and finding them covered in black pubic looking hair

Friendly staff. Pool is warm and clean. Quiet environment. Pillows are plump! The only complaint is that the entrance road is a bit hidden, you have to go through a different business's parking lot to get in.

The rooms are tiny and not that updated. Very close to many shopping and amenities. The staff was somewhat friendly. We checked out early due to the pool being broken. They provide many choices for breakfast. Great place if you come alone or as a couple or on a budget, but not that great if you are traveling with children.

Stayed in 208. Close beds.small room, needs a bit of work.cracks in wall and flooring. Pool was broken, breakfast tasted a bit off not sure why. For one night its not bad, but had a much better experience the next night at a best western in pikernton.

Was not told it did not have an elevator when we called our daughter who is 17 is wheelchair bound and we were put in a room on the second floor so she had to crawl up the stairs to get to the room on the second floor they offered to give us our money back once we arrived but all other hotels in the area were booked.future reference for handicap people make sure if you are staying here that you book a room on the first floor because we were not told the second floor was not handicap accesable

This place is dirty, the breakfast was horrible. And they have bugs in the room I stayed in on the 2nd floor. If I could post a picture of it I would. Nasty won’t be back
