BB Nail Salon & Cocktail (10% Off New Customers), Grove City OH

I'm always relaxed during my time at BB. Always taken care of by multiple people. I've used other nail places in Grove City, BB Nails has been my favorite and I plan on staying with them.

I absolutely love this nail salon! It is very clean, sanitary and it feels very elegant. The pedicures are so soothing and relaxing especially when they use the hot stones for the message. I also love getting dip powder on my nails. I have had several nail technicians and they all have done a great job.

I love the place very nice atmosphere. All the girls are nice in there Elaine who does my nails she’s kind of new to B&B nail salon but she does a very good job and she listens to what you want. I would recommend her if you wanted anything done to your nails.

I left sobbing. Went in for a basic pedicure with no polish. She didn’t let my feet soak before she started, she barely grated my feet and didn’t give me any lotion. I was in the chair for less than 15 minutes. I left the building and immediately called and asked how long a basic pedi should take and they said 30-45 minutes at least. I told the front desk what happened and she said she could tell on my way out that something was wrong. She asked how she could make it right and I asked if I could come in a different day and she said no and offered a lousy 15% off my next visit. $40 absolutely wasted. Their signs say no refunds and to speak with management to have it fixed, yet they would not fix me.

My first time coming here and Kelly did an acrylic set for me. She's so sweet and amazing at what she does! I'll definitely be coming back:)

Elaine does amazing! The front desk girl talks on her phone most of the time which can come off rude but let's be honest, it would probably get boring otherwise. They are all super friendly.

There is no pricing listed in the shop. We happened to find a book with prices which were NOT what we were charged at the end.
My daughter went and spent over $140 for a mani/pedi. We pay this when we go to Hawaii.
Pedi was $56 (not listed in the book) and Full set had $40 and $5 for design listed in their book. But it didn’t show $5 per finger design. Doesn’t total $150 huh? Nope. They then said the tip was $18. But we only entered $5.
It’s the misleading prices and unauthorized tip that has me saying never again.
Just be honest and up front with the prices for services.
Her nails are pretty but we will go elsewhere next time.

Hit or miss at times. Went in yesterday afternoon. Not a lot of Tech’s to begin with. The Tech I had along with my girlfriend, wasn’t all the best… charged a $10 fee to take off a few of her Gel pieces. She did end up going with no Gel this time. But, was still charged for the Gel service. (Wasn’t discussed prior) my manicure was ruined after an hour of leaving. The clear polish did not stay on what so ever. Went home and just took it upon my own terms to remove it… *Just wasn’t the best experience from previous visits* - Hope who is in control of management.finds a solution for this. Thanks!

This use to be my favorite salon but they have lost three or four of their best techs. I think I’ll only go here if I’m in a pinch:/ the bar lady is amazing tho!

Lee was absolutely amazing. He did exactly what I ask for. He made sure he did what I wanted. He was very polite and kind. The lady that did my eyebrows was kind as well. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name. Vivian was beside me working on someone’s nails and she was very rude to them. She pulled the ladies arm roughly. It was sad. Vivian was also upset with another customer for sitting with someone else doing her nails. Lee again was great

I came here yesterday and got a full set with gel polish, i loved my nails and thought they looked really nice and I was happy. About 30 minutes after i left the gel started to bubble up and peel, they were already closed so i came back this morning to have it fixed, i wasn't really upset or anything i just wanted my nails fixed. They fixed the issue but painted dust into my nails and they're starting to get air bubbles again: (very disappointed, Linda was who did my nails the first day and i really loved her work and i don't really blame her or anything, just wish my experience would have turned out better especially after having gone all the way back and having the issue "fixed"

They are so kind and it’s the best energy. They stick to the prices they say. All in all
I will never change and I will take my nail tech with me if I ever leave

Loved every moment! I will ask for Tony every time I come back. He was very informative and experienced. He seemed to read my mind and put me at ease. So very pleased with my visit. Pricey, but worth it if this process lasts at least 3 - 4 weeks. Time will tell. Happy, happy, happy!

LOVE LOVE LOVE BB! Jame did my nails soo perfect. He threw in some suggestions from my original idea and we worked well together to figure out what i wanted.he was awesome and super nice.awesome experience!

I love this salon. It’s beautiful and the people are so nice. I’ve had many different people do my nails there and everyone does a great job. James did my nails today and he’s magic! A little pricier than other salons in the area, but worth it.

Called the police on us because my card was broken and i didn’t realize it.told me to go to a gas station to pull the rest of the money off i did.got back police were there questioning me about the whole situation.i paid them and then after i paid them told me they had a atm in the back.screw this place.

Elaine is amazing! Very good quality. Very nice establishment, employees are all very friendly and helpful, and they do quality work. My nails and toes always be looking amazing!

Very over prices and always change the price after they tell you one.my nails was supposed to be 55$ and when i went to pay they changed it and said they was 75$ and i got the most basic thing you could get from a nail salon.

I had gel nails on, she did not soak off filed off. I can see the previous growth - I questioned and she had two people come look. Excuses. She also bashed the previous place I’d been said looked like I did at home. No offer to fix, no offer to discount, they said suppose to look that way. Will be going back to previous place for now on. Do not recommend this place at all
