Phil, Rhonda, and the crew were such a delight to work with to have our granite countertops and sink replaced after we dropped a heavy Dutch oven in our under mount granite sink and it cracked.right before we hosted 16 people for Thanksgiving! They came to our rescue and we couldn't be happier with how seamlessly everything came together. We love the new look and the stainless steel workstation. Thank you all.

BCI granite has been incredibly efficient and polite throughout the entire process of installing our countertops. They are super easy to get a hold of and very patient as we tried to make up our minds on which beautiful piece to choose since they have such an abundance selection. We also wanted to change the layout of the countertops and they knew exactly our vision and executed it perfectly. They are honest and very reasonable. BCI Granite was a great company to work with. My project was unique in that I was looking for someone to remove my granite countertops and store them and then remount them after some repairs were done on my cabinets and sub floor. BCI was the ONLY company in Northeast Ohio that would take on the task, and they did an incredible job. Responsive, professional, and helpful. The counters look better than they did when we moved in.
