Be Pampered Nail Spa of Beavercreek

I've been going here for two years. I've never had a problem until yesterday. The lady at the last station insisted I get ombre. I told her I just wanted a French. She showed me and she asked if I liked it. It was ombre! I told her no and showed her the same picture I did before she started working on my nails. She sighed and told me I would have to soak my hand again because it's dip powder. Then she did my other hand. When she showed me, the white part of the French was so thin and tiny and I could barely tell it was a French manicure. I asked her to put more white on, she sighed again, told me it was getting late (there was still an hour and a half before close) and she told me she's giving me to someone else because I was too difficult. She was incredibly nasty. I'll never be back.

I feel they really give you great services for what they charge! Best pedicure I have had in a while

Very disappointed! Probably one of the worst pedicures I've had from them. The polish was all separated looking. She didn't even shake the polish. She forgot the second color coat on the one foot. After being reminded she caked it on and then it looked all lumpy. And then she quickly moved on to the next person!

Nails uneven and THICK. Color chipping after 3 days (I work in an office), whatever they mix to make the acrylics with, I had it all the way down to my second knuckle, nails stuck to skin all the way around. Absolutely horrifying. I had to go to another nail salon for help. They were shocked.

I’ve been here many times and usually have a great experience! But…I came yesterday for a pedicure and was sat in a chair without being told how long the wait would be. 45 minutes later I haven’t been told anything and decided I didn’t have time anymore. I made an appointment for today so that I would not have to wait and was still not started on until 35 minutes after my appointment. While waiting today I watched two people leave because they weren’t told how long they’d have to wait and didn’t have any more time. I am happy with my nails, but something needs to be fixed about communicating wait times.

Always a great relaxing experience. Won't go anywhere else! Prices are reasonable and the staff is amazing.

Terrible service, terrible everything. Always an excuse for whatever is going on. Had a gel pedicure, fell off a nail the day after. 10/10 do not recommend

I’ve been to Be Pampered many times and have been pleased. This time the pedicure I received is poor at best. My old polish is still on one toe and some nails are not completely covered with polish. Very disappointing.

Have been going here for about a year now, today was the worst experience! The nail tech has to be the rudest! Out of a 10 my nails will pass for a 5! If I hadn't gone with a friend I would have walked out! My past experiences have been great and everyone so far has been pleasant.but be warned if you ever get Yen @ station 12 ask for someone else! Will I go back there not really sure but if I do I know for a fact I wouldn't have her! Beware!

Worst place ever! No cuticle pushed back, No cuticle oil, no toe nails filed on my toes, no massage. This place is a straight scam paid 110, for a pedicure and gel manicure did not get what I paid for. Did not soak my gel off just ripped them off in rush, cutting me multiple times. I am reporting them to the better business bureau. Your dollar is your vote, do your own nails before ever going here please.

Just like most nail salons, it 100% comes down to which nail tech you get. The girl who did mine was AMAZING. She was very detailed and did such a good job

UPDATE
I went again and got Nancy for some Gelx extensions…. She did AMAZING. I prefer very slim nails and I’m kinda picky about the tip shape, she did fantastic. Nancy will be my girl from now on!

Love this place and service however, I called yesterday for appointment with Nancy today for noon.and did not get started until 12: 38 pm. I was told an online came in which bumped me. Was not happy.
