Dr Steve Hamilton misdiagnosed my broken foot, which I walked on for 4 months per his direction; he also callously advised 'just get an orthotic' when I pointed out the severe bruising, swelling and discomfort. A second opinion surgeon ended up doing reconstructive surgery, which put me in casts and braces for yet another 4 months. I'm left with permanent nerve damage, permanent disfigurement and continued pain management due to Dr Steve Hamilton's misdiagnosis.
Very sad, since previously had stellar experiences with Dr Ian Rodway and Dr Glen McClung.

Love this office and also Dr. McClung. Very happy with everything and so thankful for the great work done to my knee. He is definitely an expert and knows his stuff. I never once felt uneasy or unsure or questioning throughout the whole process. Can not say enough about how great Dr. McClung is and I definitely recommend him.

Beacon Orthopedics has exceptional doctors giving exceptional care. The ancillary staff is right on target and addresses your issues prior and after the physician visit. It's no wonder that professionals see the professionals at Beacon. Dr. C

Wait time usually is a little longer than other doctors. But the Doctors are thorough and staff is always friendly.

One hour of filling out paperwork, X-rays, speaking with Dr. McClung's Nurse Practitioner and Dr. McClung. Dr. McClung discussed different scenarios pertaining to my knee, but cannot give any definite diagnosis until reviewing my MRI disc. Everyone I was in contact with during my appointment and over the phone was friendly, helpful, answered my questions and efficient. Thank you.

I've gone to this site and Erlanger's many, many times - probably 50+ visits all in all, over about 6 years. Most were associated with back, shoulder, and hip therapies. I've seen doctors and therapists. I've never had a negative experience - from the front desk to walking out the exit. I hold all there in the highest regard. They've made me functional in life and in the workplace, and usually.happy.

Both Dr Bartsch and Dr Planalp are very sweet, gentle, caring drs. I trust them and are not afraid to have procedures done by them.

I received decent care in the office, but TERRIBLE follow-up with records requests and am now being harassed DAILY by a collections agency on behalf of Beacon for a measly $33.09-money that I do not even owe them. I have attempted several times to contact their office by phone and also in writing, and have been assured that the collections calls would cease. However, they have not. How do legitimate businesses like this get away with treating people like this? Even if I had received the best ortho care possible, I'd NEVER return to a Beacon office again, for fear of another administrative nightmare. Buyer beware!

The service here was absolutely terrible. My grandfather hurt himself at work! I called saying he needed to be seen. This is rediculous and they said they needed to “look into it. ” I am not impressed which anything they do. They say the was going to help my grandfathers recovery but no he won’t recover because of them. If I could give 0 stars I would. You all better believe I left a nasty message. This is rediculous. They said they would not take us because our account was blocked when we payed our last bill off in late December early January. This is rediculous once again. How many other people have the done this to? Never going back!

Dr. McClung is great! He is courteous and very down to earth. He takes time to answer my questions and explains things in a way I can understand.

Doctor Foad has a wonderful way of communicating. I felt listened to and also encouraged to ask any questions I had regarding my concerns!

I never feel rushed, they actually give there time and explain everything.differnt alternatives and treatment.and they actually seem to care hard to find these day.every dr u go to always rushed to get that other dollar. I wont ever go no where elsei have been treated by dr mclung the most and another location with dr stein Both are awsome and the staff at the anderson loation from the front desk to the treatment area are fantastic

Poor customer service! I called to make an appointment and the person who answered the phone was named Charlie. First he couldn’t hear me so I repeated myself twice. I explained that I needed an evaluation and he argued with me about what I needed and who I needed to see. I explained what I needed. Then he wouldn’t allow me to make an appointment until I explained the type of insurance I had. I know the provider but that was all. I asked if I could make an appointment and then call back with the insurance information and he said no. That wasn’t policy! So I said that this was not at all helpful and that I would find somewhere else to go and he said okay.goodbye! Wow.nice service.if that’s how they treat you on the phone, how do they treat you when you come in? It won’t be me!

Dr. Johanson and his staff are very knowledgeable and they have a great bedside manner. I have recommended them to friends that are having issues with their knees and other areas. I am very pleased.

Dr McClung is great listener, gives you all the time you need, and always has your best interest at hand. I would recommend to family and friends without hesitation!

Dr. McClung is excellent. He takes the time to explain everything and answer all questions. The staff at Beacon is also terrific.

Do. Foad took great care of my 13 year old with his elbow surgery. No PT needed, and he was back playing baseball within 6 weeks! His assistant, Ashley is exceptional also!

Beacon Orthopedics is the friendliest doctor’s office I have been to. My doctor and his assistant explained everything I asked about. They took their time and never rushed me at all. I definitely recommend Beacon Orthopedic

My daughter is in her senior season and has already signed to play college softball as well. We drove two hours, after my daughter had injured her shoulder during a game, because we had only heard good experiences with Beacon from our local athletes. We visited with Dr McClung. After literally spending five mins with us, he appeared arrogant and showed lack of interest in my daughter as a person and athlete. We left there and chose to follow up with the MRI at another facility. Extremely disappointed.
