Been told this is a great place to get your arthritis and shots in your joints. Knee replacement Dr. Heard had a good track record.

Dr. Goddard and the staff is super friendly! They really care for you. However, the customer service department needs some work. I spent at least two hours this morning trying to get in contact with someone in the billing department.

Total left knee replacement in February 2019. Procedure went great. PT team at Beacon was awesome! Follow-up appointments also awesome. The entire experience while trying at times was made easier by the great care from Staff at beacon. Right knee replacement in the Fall 2019.

I've been here before to habe my knee replaced. Nite I have returned after being told by a doctor that nothing can be done. Here I was received nicely and given hope. They took more x-rays than any other doctor and we nasty do aqua therapy.

Dr. Goddard is an excellent and very thorough doctor. She takes time to go over all options available, which is greatly appreciated. Overall wait time is great and she spends enough time during the appointment. That I do not feel rushed nor feel like it’s taking forever.

Dr. Goddard and the Beacon staff are extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend anyone seeking treatment for orthopaedic and sports related injuries to visit this location on the Wilmington College campus.

If I could give 0 stars I would.should have listened when my fiancé had a less than stellar experience with her erroneous diagnosis that had him driving all over for a blood test he didn't need but I went to her in October of 2017 when my lower back went out. I normally visit the Beacon in Sharonville without issue and have for almost 20 years but this day, her office was closest to home. After an office visit with an x-ray, and having paid my normal co-pay for insurance, I received a bill for an xray that they tell me is considered "in hospital equipment" even though I physically walked 2 doors down from her exam room to get it done. When I called to ask why I got a bill, the billing dept gal told me that they tell all patients about how the xray would be billable since not considered "in office" but no one told me! To make things worse, after being off work for one week while my back healed and I got treatment from the chiro she referred me to, she refused to fill out FMLA papers for me, stating she never authorized me to be off work (mind you, I could not stand erect, I could barely walk and have a history of my back going out like this about once a year for the same). Her refusal was as if she was calling me a fake or liar and is an additional reason I would not recommend her. Between her incorrect diagnosis of my fiancé months before I saw her, her refusal to fill out paperwork for me and being billed for an in office x-ray that no one told me would be considered "out of office", I think she is one of the worst doctors I have ever seen! I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy!

Dr. Kremchek and Dr. Goddard far exceeded my expectations. They were both excellent. I've had many surgeries and Kremchek was by far the best surgeon and fixed my elbow and issues I had. I will highly recommend to other as I already have to many. The entire staff did a great job. Great group of people. Thank you all so much.

Dr Goddard should not be a doctor. She is a completely idiot. Good luck getting paperwork filled out correctly for any kind of treatment. She doesn't stay in the room for more than a couple minutes and she told me I needed to figure out how to fill the paperwork out and let her know. Pretty sure I'm not the doctor. Terrible place. I would take my dog to see her. Patients be warned.

I had several really good experiences with Beacon. The Dr. Goddard and her medical staff here are so personal, and they did a great job educating me on my knee treatment options instead of "selling" some orthopedic surgery to me. I highly recommend Beacon for top shelf orthopedic service!
