Jen is personable, professional and knowledgeable. I have been going to her for a couple years and have never had a negative experience. She provides unbiased advice and puts her clients needs and goals first over profits. She refers services she doesn't offer based on what's best for you, not just recomendding services at her business which only benefit her pocketbook. For instance she refuses to wax my eyebrows anymore because of how they react in the following days and recommends that I only thread my brows. I won't go to anyone else besides her for a lash lift.

Had my first leg and arm waxing here, as well as my brows. Jen was really patient and did an amazing job removing all the hair I wanted gone! It's a very comfortable environment for beauty services, and the staff are incredibly sweet - couldn't recommend more:)

Got my first wax done here. Mrs. Jenn was very professional and sweet. I’m not much of a talker but we definitely had good conversations whole at my appointment! She didn’t rush and told me every thing she was doing and every product she was using. Very great experience and even better results. I got the lash lift and tint. Jennifer was amazing. She was personable, kind, professional, and overall attentive. The facility was clean too! She made me feel like I was in good hands and gave me great advice throughout for not only aftercare for my lashes but for my skin in general. My eye lashes look great.

My experiences at Beard and Beauty spa is always a wonderful time. It’s always clean and tidy! Jen sells a body oil that works wonders. I was in for a Brazilian wax and she saw the eczema on my leg and offer me her oil. When I say it works, it really work. I use it everyday and a little goes a long way. My eczema is under control! And it smells really good!
