Beautiful Blooms by Jen, Sylvania OH

Visited Jen's for flowers for Laura's birthday on March 1st. Her favorite flower is a Stargazer Lily. They had a similar variety on hand. It was just as beautiful with a lovely scent. We didn't require flower delivery, since we live in Sylvania, so we took three stems-with about a total of 14 blooms-home. Laura absolutely loved them. They have all opened now, and look absolutely spectacular.

I thought I was going to get a picture of lantern with greenery and bow text to me. It ended up I didn’t get out of work in time to make it to visitation so I did not get to see what my money bought. That was disappointing. Otherwise the service was great. Sending a picture of order should be an automatic.

I received two confirming emails (one after placing the order with details and one when the flowers were delivered). Although I did not see the flowers I heard that they were beautiful. Planning a wedding during a pandemic was tough. My husband and I weren't even able to come into the shop to look at samples and meet with Jen, but she somehow made my vision come to life and created the perfect floral arrangements for my wedding party.

What a beautiful arrangement Jen and/or her staff made. I looked up florists in Google, liked the look of her floral arrangements. Ordered online, accidentally put the wrong delivery date, called her at 9: 30 a.m. And she delivered the same day - even a delivery in the morning! Jennifer and Colleen went to my store in Atlanta at AmericasMart market. I’m an importer of fresh cut flowers and supplies. They placed an order for flowers, the flowers were delivered to their doorstep with FedEx priority overnight on my dime, I usually give free shipping to first time customers. Jennifer even signed a credit card authorization form. Today i just got a letter from the bank Ms Jennifer disputed the charges claiming they never ordered the flowers from me. So be careful giving these ladies business they take advantage of other people to make money, I believe what goes around comes around people like that never succeed.
