Beavercreek Family Medicine reviews
4I love Abby she’s been my daughter’s doctor since she was born, BUT along with so many others I’ve been a few minutes late even with calling and being told up to 10 minutes late it’s okay and they still deny you. Not to mention having a sick infant and the hours say open but you call 5 times in over an hour and they continue to say their offices are closed to call a nurse on call! Maybe if a staff reads this you should update your hours on google, piss less of us mothers off who NEED their doctors
Worst doctors office I've ever dealt with. I spent months waiting for an appointment. I then spent $54 Ubering to make my appointment on time because my car broke down earlier that day. I called on the way informing them I may be a few minutes late. She said she needed to ask permission from the doctor directly, and he said that it was okay as long as it wasn't more than 10 minutes! I arrived 2 minutes - TWO MINUTES - late with prior approval, and was told by the receptionist that the doctor would not see me and to make another appointment. Then she proceeded to tell me that I "need to be more punctual and not show up late. " I explained that I had just called and had approval directly from the doctor. She stated, "I don't care, I don't allow late appointments. Make a future appointment at a time you can actually show up for" while shoving a cheeseburger in her face. Fan-fukintastic customer service for seriously ill patients!
I have severe cardiac problems and was turned away from care and medication I desperately needed. I had to sit in the heat for nearly an hour, waiting for another Uber to pick me up. No way I was staying in that place a moment longer with how rude the receptionist was to me! Ended up in the hospital that night. Several months later, I found out they billed my insurance for a full appointment and an EKG! Took me months to dispute it. Disgusting standards, morally bankruptcy practices, rude and incompetent staff. Avoid at ALL costs. This place should be shut down!
I dont recommend. They take more than 1 week to get blood works results. If you need anything immediate better you find another one.
I would never bring my children to be seen here again. They obviously aren’t comfortable with sick visits because every time (and it’s been over 3 times that I’ve tried to get my children seen for illnesss over the last year) they want to do a tele med visit- you cannot properly diagnose ear pain over the phone you need to see inside of his ear. You cannot listen to his lungs through the phone you need a stethoscope. Get it together if your too intimidated by flu, Covid, or upper respiratory viruses get out of the medical field.
