These guys are the real deal my car ride like a new

This place is a rip off. They ruined my rack and pion steering. Over charged and inexperienced car mechanic. Will tell you that things are wrong with your that is untrue, just to overcharge you. Everything is 400 to 500 hundred dollars.

Quoted me one price over the phone for an oil change. Then once I got there they tried to charge me an additional hundred like it was a mistake. Then tried to charge me an additional $200 for a battery as if the battery price was not listed online. Skum.

Wish I would know the price before I dropped my car off but jus got it done so I'm not sure how I can rate it rn but we'll see

They took the time to diagnose the problems in my car. They worked with me to see what was covered and what wasn't. Definitely will be back to this auto shop soon. Very helpful

Frank and his team are incredible! Most knowledgeable group I’ve ever taken my truck too. Will be using his team for the rest of my life. Good, honest people.

I have something done to my car they fixed it and then broke something else and they didn't offer to pay for it or fix it or any kind of discount

I am very grateful to find this shop. Visiting from ND and we had issues with our truck. First shop we took it to claimed to fix the issue, but seemed to do more harm. These guys were able to get us in and quickly diagnosed the issue. Repair was done and we were kept in the loop along the way. I feel confident that we will have no issues driving back to ND. I appreciate that they did not take advantage of our situation and we are able to enjoy the last few days of our vacation.

***update**** We made it back to North Dakota with no issues! Couldn't be more grateful! Thanks again!

Very expensive I was charged a 94.00 fee to run test, no one else charged me I was getting second opinion

I brought my car here to have the turbo on my engine replaced. $1100 dollars and less than 3 months later, the turbo goes out again. After getting turbo fixed for a 2nd time the check engine light on my car came on as soon as I pulled off their lot. Another $450 for a thermostat. I get that fixed and the check engine light comes on again before I get home. These clowns had to also fix the thermostat again. This place is a joke. Take your car somewhere else.

Well they haven't done any work to my automobile, so I can not give the facility any feed back, but im sure they do good work reading the reviews so that's why I gave to stars, dont know much about the place because I have never been there.

On Broadway Ave in Bedford, Ohio is a rare find. Over the past few months (July - Sept of 2020) I have been looking for a dealer that would rust proof my 2019 Ford transit van using a product called Fluid Film. Making an appointment for early Tuesday morning and not knowing how long I'd have to wait, I was greeted by Frank JR at 8AM. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me, taking a look at all the areas of concern, answering all my questions and showing me more effective ways to accomplish Rust Proofing.

Frank, a master mechanic, has a way invoking a great deal of trust for his young age. Trust that you can count on! He has the unique ability to explain components, processes and operations down to a level that anyone can understand. His honesty, fair pricing and a genuine desire to help the customer is truly a rare find.

At the age of 73, I would highly recommend Bedford Auto Care for anyone needing service work or rust protection for their cars or trucks.

Frank jr does it again. Took care of me and my 2020 grand Cherokee. In less than a week he found the new fluid film black undercoating and got me in and out in under an hour. Quality work at a quality price. Thank you Bedford auto care once again.
