Beechmont Towers Apartments, Woodmere OH

I don’t know why I am writing an edited review now in 2023 instead of awhile back ago but honestly I can’t remember what year I moved out of the city of Woodmere but I have to say between Beechmont Towers and the second apartment in another city that the leasing agents and management compared to the last apartment I was at were a lot friendlier! So now I’m at a apartment in the same city as my former apartment after I moved out of Woodmere I wonder if Sonya still works there and I wonder how Sherri is doing and I wonder who the property manager is now I moved out either in November of 2017 or November of 2018 I was told by my family friend because she was in the area that Beechmont Towers had new management but when I was there it was a better experience I just needed an apartment with a pool workout room which unfortunately Beechmont Towers did not have so that is why I moved to a different place

If your wondering how honest and trustworthy these people are from the get go Nick Viroec, the property manger, 5 stared this in the reviews to try and pump up their numbers. These people are awful, the apartments I have been in and others have had bug issues, rats, soggy tiles from water damage and before that was a house fire that they displaced several of their tenants from their homes. I can not say this enough but I hope these people drop.

If you have the choice to live here or in a cardboard box, at least know the box does not cost anything.

Rodent infested! Called corporate office multiple times with no response. Inhabitable environment. All reviews from years ago are still accurate

I have here just two months and so far so good. The management as been very helpful and love my apartment

The management in this apartment is very bad. Had a leak in the bedroom and they said it wont be for 2-3 months for them to repaint it. Just a brush and white paint will do the job. Ridiculous. So many other problems i have had since moving in. Near the living room was leaking from the balcony they didn’t fix it for months.

The staff was very accommodating and helped me when I needed it. The apartment is BEAUTIFUL and they made sure everything was top notch.

Would give negative stars. Nothing but a nightmare to live here. The landlord Ronnie is nasty and rude. Don’t count on them to care about living quality of the tenants. PLEASE AVOID HERE NO MATTER WHAT.

Leasing is HORRIBLE you can’t inquire about a unit without someone being nasty and rude or hanging up in your face
