Bought a car and went in pre-approved. The entire experience from the Sunday I sent a request for info about the Jetta to the actual test drive and purchase was outstanding! Horrible customer experience with their service organization - after waiting almost 2 days for an update, then finding out they can’t make the recommended repair for another week (timing chain), picking up the car to find out the AC now doesn’t work … zero offer to help figure that out either - zero stars on ability to communicate or proactive follow up. It’s been 11 days and zero follow up either.

Not that it matters … I’m getting everything fixed this week at a local repair professional.

Nice dealership. Very helpful with answers.no inventory (very limited) is out of their control! I went looking for the latest VW release.they had ONE.no commitment for more or future deliveries.but at least they had one I could sit in!

I really enjoyed by experience in purchasing my new Taos at Beechmont VW. The experience was very professional from the general manager, Dan Mercurio, the sales person, Jesse Storm, to the finance manager and service.

They worked through issues of getting parts to work on my car but were totally professional about keeping me in the loop. As I totally understand the issues of getting parts and manpower issues going on now they did my car top notch. Will be back again

Normally good. However, I recently took my 2019 Tiguan in Because I thought it was leaking oil. They claim there was no issue. It is still leaking fluid. I believe it is leaking transmission fluid and is still under warranty. It feels like either they don’t want to do the repair or their capability level has gone down
