Every time I come in I have an enjoyable experience. I have been having my hair done by Shanna for about 8 years. She is amazing and so good! Love it here!

My girl had her nails done, service was great! Sara, Ava, Rhylie are all great workers:) Definitely recommend

Whatever you do, please do not waste your time & money to go to this salon… the people are nice but the quality of work done to your hair is horrible. They wrote their wrong for my last visit by giving me a refund & offering to fix my hair (for the third time) because it still looked like cheetah print in my hair from the blotchy missing color, but I honestly don’t trust anyone there to do it. I’ve given this place 3 different chances & I won’t ever be returning.

But I have been to that location before in Hartville on 3 separate occasions within the last few years, but was very hesitant each time because something always happened. The saying “fool me once” comes to mind & I now drive an hour away to get my hair done because I will not go back. I’m sorry Violet, but you won’t be able to change my mind. Have a good day! ***

Michele did an amazing job on my first ever facial as well as my eyebrow wax and tint the last time I was in, looking forward to my next appt!

Julia did a great job updating my hair color! She worked with me on converting my color formula; listened to my ideas, offered suggestions, and explained the process. My hair turned out beautiful - just what I wanted! I also enjoyed the friendly and professional atmosphere at Beginnings Salon. Would highly recommend.
