2After spending nearly 30 minutes taking photos of our first child in her newborn clothes and in multiple poses, we received the link to our gallery via email that only contained 7 photos. The other 100-ish photos have been “lost” and the only proposed remedy to our situation was a “discounted in-home session” off of their exorbitantly predatory baseline photo prices if we wanted. Do not waste your time or money.
Purchased prints and the photos made everyone look washed out. Seems the photographer didn’t take a few minutes to edit the lighting before printing. Additionally the angles captured were not flattering (such as baby being off center in bassinet and the other half of the photo of the floor). I think their pricing is a little pricy for there quality of product and experience. We used them in 2020 with our first baby and we were much happier
