I won't sugarcoat it, they do good braids, And it lasted weeks & I have very short hair. My only downfall is There was no TV, music, or radio just her on the phone while braiding my hair speaking another language. How would one assume she's not laughing or talking about me the client.
I was literally the only one there, Which I loved. I just wished I had something else to listen to while getting my hair braided.

Bella had did my hair 2 times and I was pleased both times she is so sweet and takes her time and make sure every braid is neat and the same size she doesn’t rush and I love that about her.

The hair style is cute but the lady that did my hair was rude and clearly emotional and seemed upset about doing my hair.

Today I went to the shop late to get knotless braids- I called ahead of time and said I was going to be late from the time I called in which was 9: 45 am but my appointment was originally scheduled at 9: 30 am. I went into the shop and she aggressively questions why I didn’t answer my phone or text and I explain that my service is bad off of WiFi and I have to get a new phone soon. I tried picking up her calls but they dropped because my service is trash rn. She just gives me a dirty look after I explain that to her and asked for an additional $10 for being late which I said was fine, then aggressively asked me to sit down. She was super rude and took is very personal I showed up late and was being snippy with me. I asked her why is she so hostile when in the past I had appointments with her and she overbooked and had me waiting over 30 minutes to do cornrows and braids for other people coming in. She lied and said she’s never left anyone in the chair and her friend was defending her. I proceed to ask for my money back and by the 4th request she threw my money at me as I was sitting in the chair on my back side and told me to leave as if I wasted her time. The inconvenience I supposedly caused her is something she can’t admit she’s caused in past times. I didn’t have a problem paying the late fee and getting my hair done BUT she proceed to be snippy and take it personal that I was late. Bella that’s not professional! I went somewhere else with my service that does a better job of braiding for $180 in the Toledo area. I would not recommend their services to anyone. I’m personally not from here so my biggest mistake was not scouting around to find better shops. I’ll be letting my friends and colleagues from the University of Toledo and hospital know not to go here at all. Thanks for showing your professionalism and telling me to get into a car accident today after you got mad I cursed you out. Don’t throw money at me and expect respect.
