Bella's Pizza, Columbus OH

This place was so delicious!
We are from Cincinnati, looked up pizza places near us and chose somewhat randomly. So happy we ended up here!
First of all, the decorations inside are so cool and unique!
The lady who answered the phone kindly informed me of the fact that the large pizza is cheaper than the medium, which she totally did not have to do. Greatly appreciated, as we only spent $19 on two large pizzas, which to us is unheard of! Such a great deal!
Will be coming here every time we visit the area!

The food was good and affordable! I’d recommend it to anyone. These prices are what help local families scraping by trying to treat their family but not break the bank.

3 items on a Wednesday evening was 40 min wait. I walk in there and am met with no one. No greeting nothing. The man at the front tells me to wait. Makes me wait. After a few minutes, he walks over to me with a notepad and pen and just stares at me. No "hello", no " what can I get you". He tells me 40 min wait because they're busy. The sheer lack of interest in service makes menever want to come back. I ordered Chipotle online and got it in half the time it would've taken me to wait for this "great food. " read the reply from the " owner". They must be a great person to work with.

Listen I love this place the pizza is great the potatoes skins so good an the price u can't beat anywhere around here! I will order this place over an over! Thank you guys for making such great food!

My mom and I got the 2 subs and 1 large pizza deal. Best deal! The subs were simple. Good for a quick lunch! And the pizza was amazing. I didn't know about his restaurant until 2 weeks ago. The pizza was even better the next day after a quick toss in the oven. It was a kind of pillow-soft, flaky crust. Definitely ordering again soon.

So I called to order food this is my first time ever ordering from here and I made the mistake of looking on the Internet for the menu. Well, apparently Google has the wrong price is nothing wrong with that when I called and I was reading the prices Im like OK this is what they were telling me that those prices were and as much as I’m trying to deviate the situation every person that answered the phone was very rude disrespectful I was hung up on I was lied on. I don’t even know how good their food is because I didn’t even get a chance to order the food because they were so rude and disrespectful and it was just a bad experience just off trying to order food so if you’re trying to order food down, look at the menu on the Internet get an actual menu because they will be rude to you and they are very unorganized and they are very irate like hostile. You can tell is a hostile environment and I will never order from here and I recommend that people don’t order over the phone the way I was treated over the phone. Let me know how I would’ve been treated inside the restaurant, food would’ve been treated and I don’t want to eat somewhere. I’m not sure respect as a customer.

They have the cheapest prices for a really good amount of food. There bacon is awesome there. There potato wedges are the best I believe I have ever had. I would recommend this place to a family looking for deals.

Amazing pizza and subs. Awesome deals. Great customer service. Definitely have to try bellas pizza it's a must.

Absolute staple of the west side of Columbus! If you've never had it I would definitely go get you some Bellas great food great stuff!

The crew were courteous and friendly, the pizza and subs are great. I would recommend them for any family night in or out. You will enjoy every bite

Everything was delicious at a great price. Only complaint is they're not really prepared for an actual dine in experience. Not sure if this is due ro staffing or some other reason. It's a shame though because the ambiance is definitely great. Old school midwest pizzeria!

Bella's Pizza is delicious! Their pizza can't be beat. They are reasonably priced too! (Side Note they are busy place so delivery might take a little longer than other places, but it's worth the wait)

First time ordering. Very pleased. When I called, I was told it would be 45 minutes to pick up my order because they were super busy and short staffed. Was not disappointed at all. Not close to home but worth the 20 minute drive. Great prices. Very, very good pizza! Definitely will recommend Bella’s to friends and family, and place an order again. Thank you!

Never really had the most positive customer service experience, but didn’t really expect much from the Westside restaurant, but the food was good and it was priced well so that made up for it. But not after tonight order which I thought was an order, which was never actually an order was the tipping point to never order from this restaurant again if you don’t mind customer service lacking skills, good affordable food this is the place for you but no longer for me

Great food but their phone system is garbage they have to lose a ton of business due to this on several occasions we have had to order from other pizza shops due to this

If you like pizza, then they are not to bad, but the people that work there are very nice people.
