Bellevue Care Center

Very poor quality of care at this facility. Management is awful! And personally I would not send one of my loved ones here for any type of care, especially end of life care!

My loved one spent their last three days at the Bellevue Care Center. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and sympathetic. I am so grateful to all of them for taking such good care of our loved one and for making our family feel almost as though we were home.

I have been an RN for decades, so I have high expectations for best patient care. The Bellevue Care Center team who cared for our loved one recently were all experienced in geriatric needs and provided excellent care. They treated our entire family with kindness and compassion. Everything was very clean and there were no odors. In these days of Covid, they also had to screen visitors and follow protocols to keep patients safer from the viral risk. The staff followed all the rules closely which helped us to trust that we were in good hands.

My sister was a resident there for 3 years and they were phenomenal! She has really good care and they were so friendly and became like family to her and us. Unfortunately my sister just passed away but they were very caring and wonderful through the whole experience. I strong recommend them.

I work at an outside agency and send referrals to the folks at Bellevue Care Center. They are great people to work with and the communication is wonderful. I would send my family member there if they needed rehab.

I feel blessed and at peace here. This is a wonderful place and I will be here for the rest of my life. The people here love me and take good care of me. I am happy here.

We have had a member of our family in the Bellevue Care Facility for almost 20 years. During that period of time, we have been pleased with the care and compassion of the staff. The facility is clean, safe and well maintained. Personally I think the people who work here do a great job.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. My friend is there and the place was always clean when I could visit and the staff is very friendly and helpful. From what I can see, this is the best place around and I've been in Bellevue a long time. I don't have a bad thing to say.

My dad is currently residing at the Bellevue Care Center. Very clean and you take great care of the residents. I have to say the staff is outstanding and I thank each and every one of you for doing what you do! You are all angels and heroes during this pandemic! I wish I could hug you all right now. My mom was there for rehab and the staff was great. The place is kept clean and the people are really friendly. She is home now but will definitely come back if she needs to.

I have a wonderful sister who is a resident there. As fast as I know they are taking good care of her.

My Mom was a resident at the Bellevue Care Center from 2/18 to 3/5/19 for rehabilitation. I was very pleased with the great care that mom received. No foul smells were noted. The Care center has been redecorated with new flooring and bright colors in the residents rooms. The dining room has music playing and puzzles are on the tables for the residents to do while waiting for their meals. The staff is a happy group of people.
