Just like anywhere there is instability of support staff. Office staff never knows what’s going on, I always owe some sort of money every time I go in there. I feel like they never call to see how much I have left in my benefits before giving me a quote, which is frustrating. There’s a heavyset lady with brown hair is very rough, and not very friendly. She needs to learn a thing or two about being gentle with people.

The staff is awesome. After trying a couple of the chain dentist practices that weren't for me, here I found the family atmosphere that I was looking for. I will Definity go back. I found my new dentist.)

To be passed to one hygienist to another during a routine cleaning is questionable, would love to stick with one, or be advised accordingly. For the most nice service. New to the office.

Always such a great atmosphere. They’ve squeezed me in the schedule once while in severe pain.
Since then I’ve had cleanings and I’m in the process of a tooth implant.
They’ve been amazing and the Procedure was painless.

After cracking a tooth and needing quick care, the team at Bellissimi was able to get me in quickly and repair my tooth. Since then I’ve had a few more visits for additional work and my experience has been great every time. Dr. Caputo is awesome and I’ve had Alicia at almost every visit - she takes the time to make sure you are comfortable while the work is performed and goes the extra mile to make sure everything feels right after. I’m so happy I made the switch to Bellissimi!

Alicia did a wonderful job on my crowns. Her work is excellent and her patient care is 5 star. Dr. Caputo has also done great work on me and his choice in EFDA of Alicia is one of his best decisions for his practice. It has been a great experience all around. I would highly recommend this dental practice to my friends and family.

Staff is friendly and welcoming, easy (comfortable) to spend time in the waiting room. I feel like they do a very conscientious job on your teeth without pushing unnecessary dental work on you. My family has been seeing another dentist bi-yearly for 20 years and yet my son was in need of quite a bit of small areas filled. Still very affordable.

This is the cleanest office and has a very friendly staff. Dr. C s very experienced and shows he is dedicated. The assistant Alicia is great adding to the friendliness and calm atmosphere I had a crown made and they made it a fast and comfortable experience.

Stacey did a great job cleaning my teeth. She has wonderful bedside manners and it shows that she cares for her patients. Very pleased!

Dr. Caputo on the other hand was a complete shock to me. Very quiet, yet nice; his dental exam was all of 5 seconds long. I was a former dental assistant and the dentists I had experienced with conducted a more thorough exam. I personally felt the exam that I received was nothing short of just a quick look in my mouth and that was it. Perhaphs he is a very good dentist for someone who needs solid oral care.

The staff took so much time with me and answered my questions thoroughly. The hygienist was specific to my dental needs and did an excellent job with my cleaning.

Overall great experience at the dentist. Will be bringing family for their next appointment.
