Do not trust the pictures online! I drove over an hour and had messaged the dealer about a Jeep Grand Cherokee and he mentioned NOTHING about the terrible exterior and interior. The pictures online hid it all. I showed up and there were dents and scratches all over and the interior was wore. Salesman was extremely rude and arrogant. He told me I wouldn’t find a better deal, but I did. I would not recommend this place. I still can’t believe how I was treated.
Couple years ago tried to buy a car here, didn’t seem interested in selling to me, so I went elsewhere.
Pretty sad you drop 40 k on a brand new vehicle and when you need to use the factor bumper to bumper warranty the service manager blatantly lies about the problem and refused to honor the warranty. I will never purchase anything from this dealership nor would I recommend them to anyone.
I bought a brand new Durango from Belmont dodge. It is almost 2 years old and was having break issues. I thought there was a pebble in between the rotor and the brake pad. I took it apart and found out that the inside pad was completely wore off and the outside pad looked like it was new. It only has 21,000 miles on it. This is on the rear of the vehicle. I thought it was still under manufacture warranty so I took it back to Belmont dodge to get fixed. The service manager there lied to me and said that the pads were wearing evenly and was going to charge me to replace the caliper, rotor, and pads. I don’t appreciate being lied to especially after spending $40,000 there, and having it serviced there as well. I do not recommend doing business with them and I will not be back!
