Nice but didnt have any luck. Next time I'll go through entire casino to search for my favorite machines. Definitely going back

We went to Nelterra Park on Derby Day. The park was clean, the restrooms were very tidy, and even though there wasn't live racing there on that day, we had a fun day.

I was at Belterra for 4 hours on Tuesday, not one employee wiped the disgusting, germy slot machines down in all that time, gross!

We were here for the horse racing. Love the concept of reserving your place in the simulcast area. We went to 4 tracks on this vacation this one was our favorite, and it was a ton of fun with the locals cheering on thier picks.

Gaming area is clean and organized. Stadium resturant has become horrible. Food and service. It was not busy at all and it took extremely long to get our food which arrived cold and not as ordered. Club sandwich was like you would get at a gas station we sent it back my Ribeye steak was way overcooked and dry like it was a precooked product and then microwaved. The vegetables were anything but fresh. Did not get my butter and sour cream for my baked potato until I was almost finished eating, this included the time to re-make another horrible club sandwich which seamed to be a few days old. I don't know what has happened there but it is on a major downfall. I see why no one was in the resturant.

Used to love going there but slots have gotten tight! Workers seem like they hate the world in there (other than the people that get your beverages they are very nice)

Love this joint, always a good time. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Very clean and inviting.

It's the worst casino I have ever been to I have been there over 15 time and I have never hit for a nickel in there it sucks

Under staff! Up their, lunch prices. Meaning that the price was much, much higher than website price. For example, $15.95 to $24.95.

Crab legs were horrible my second go round. No taste at all!
Instead of worrying about quantity, worry about quality. Its a no for us!

Too many good machines down for maintenance or other reasons. I didnt find anything interesting about this place

I was very disappointed with Belterra. I knew they were a machine only casino before I went, but they were only slots. No video poker, no black jack machines, not even a good coffee shop. I would not go back.

We were there for the buffet. Food was very good and the service was fantastic. We don't gamble so we didn't do any of that. Just there for the Christmas buffet

We ate at the Staium Club. Food was ok. Won a small amount on the Slots, over all had a good date night.

Not too impressed since new ownership. Not as clean and tidy. Machines seem much tighter. Planning on coming less frequently.

Buffet closed 2 hours early but on phone never mention this. We arrived to eat and it was closed and then the restaurant has a 2 hour wait. No way to do business.

Fun place and great food. If you want to win you better spend a few hundred dollars. It was only my second time I've been there and heard a lot of complaints both times.

Belterra park is a good place to lose your money quick. It's not the same as it was under the other owners

Went To The Buffet The Only Black In The Section And My Waitress Came To My Table Once To Serve Me Ice Tea Six Different Tables Of Whites She Was All Over Them Tables, I Never Got A Refill On My Ice Tea Or Asked If Evetything Was Okay I Tipped Her Many Way I Got And Left. That Was My First And Last Time To Eat There (Grade For Kathy F).
