Lauren and Connie are very caring and helpful. They always make me feel welcome when I come to the office and answer any questions that I have.

The staff is very friendly and professional. A very welcoming environment and they were very kind regarding the other people that I had visited and tested with. They also have great snacks!

I made an appointment because I was told my hearing aids would be checked, fixed if need be. My hearing aids have new domes on them. My hearing is worse partially because they were never fixed they were sent in several times at $400.00 at a time & never stayed working. Was told my hearing is bad compared to 4 years ago. If they would of been taken care of they way they should. I would still be able to hear. Because no one would fix them. Has been almost a year dealing with these bad hearing aids now you want me to pay $7000. + to $9000. +. Would you?

The people at beltone were very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. After I decided I needed some time to make a decision because of the cost I then felt from the office that I had wasted their time because I did not make a purchase at that time. I could be wrong but I believe they probably were making a wage whether or not a client purchased hearing aids.
